Wonderful service - Marc was insanely helpful and made sure I got the best deal possible. Also really knew his stuff and was very patient with all my questions - upgrading phones can be confusing but I trusted he had the customers best interest in mind. Overall friendly atmosphere and helpful people!! Love the new phone!

Marc is the man! He multitasks, he has all the answers, and he can figure out a workaround for anything. We saw all that when my daughter and I needed new phones. Not a trivial effort when you consider how much of our daily lives are built into sophisticated handheld contraptions. So go to the Grand Street Verizon store to make the switch or trade up. Marc's got you covered.

Marc is good and helpful! He can manually help change my account setting based on my requests. Always giving needed advices. Skillful at his work. Compared other version stores I went and just gave me a number to call, I never feel helpless when I’m here. Because I get what I ask for. He is the best.

This Verizon store helped me remedy an absolute nightmare created by Verizon phone support. I was unable to exchange my phone at 3 other Verizon stores, but this location and particularly Marc, helped me resolve my outstanding orders with Verizon support and went above and beyond to ensure my exchange was properly processed. So happy they were able to put my phone nightmare to an end!

Do not buy your phone here. Just go to a real Verizon store. This place scams people and charges an extra $200 fee to take the phone out of the store. I called Verizon directly and they said this is a red flag and a scam.Additionally, after going down there to get my money back and return my phone, they were not able to give a refund because they have no credit card machine! What a scam. They said they are “working on writing me a check.” It’s been over a week. The employee Marc specifically was very unhelpful. I saw them do this to another customer as well.Go buy your phone elsewhere.

I recently had to switch plans and got a new phone in the process. The store I had previously worked with to get this done didn't complete my activation process and so for a month my line didn't work and I was only operating off of my Apple ID; it was a nightmare. So, I finally found time to get it fixed and I went here. Marc and Ankur were extremely helpful and kind -- they listened to my woes and knew exactly what had to get done in order to fully complete the activation process. Within just a few short minutes, my phone was back to normal and I was able to use my actual number again! Thanks again, guys -- you truly made it as painless as possible and I appreciated the laughs we shared, as well. I HOPE YOU HAVE A GROOVY DAY lol

This store is the worst, multiple employees chatting with one customer and could not be bothered to find out why I was in the store. 10 minutes later when one finally speaks with me, he refused to believe me that I purchased an s21 ultra at his store 2 weeks ago. I had to download the app to prove it (which he validated in 2 minutes when he got my phone number) and then wait another 20 minutes, then he said he tried to convince me that only the original salesperson could take it back. Unbelievable! Such a waste of time.

This place was listed on Google Maps and on the Verizon website as being open at 10 AM on Sundays. However, when I arrived at almost 11 AM, they were still closed. No sign on the door posting that they were closed or updated store hours. I tried calling, too, but the voicemail was full and also didn’t state the business hours. Don’t bother trekking over to this one.

DO NOT COME HERE!!I have a business account with Verizon. My Brother came in to activate his new I phone 14 today and Tamique was very rude and treated him very poorly and we he told manager Ankour about her attitude and the way he was treated he said that he will talk to her about it and and she literally laughed at my brother in front the manager and he didn’t do anything . I will be calling Verizon . She is a racist . This is not the way to treat costumers
