Brandon was fantastic, taking care of me to address my iPhone not receiving calls. All call going straight to voicemail, eventually upgrading to a 16 pro max. Thanks again Brandon 👍🏼

Nick was super helpful in assisting me navigate upgrading my phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me shop for accessories for my phone. He also was super patient with my mother and I when we asked for clarity. Thank you again for all of your help!

I visited Verizon at kings plaza and to get my new iPhone and Gio took care of me great guy very help in every way and I left the store very much happy thanks for everything Gio great job

I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and was assisted by the store associate and I never have been in and out of a phone store these guys got me all setup fast smooth and would recommend to anyone in this area !!!!

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE ELDERLY- THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE IF YOU AREN’T KNOWLEDGEABLE. This was our experience on 03/25/2025:
Associates who “assisted” : Nicholas M, Givonchi W & Ricardo H
My mother came into this location in hopes to upgrade our phones but instead, left with 3 additional lines that she DID NOT CONSENT TO OR EVEN HAD KNOWLEDGE OF! This would’ve been missed if I didn’t take the time to go through her device only to see 3 additional phone numbers were added and a family plan was created! How is this even legal??! My mother is a bit older and the young men took advantage of her gentle personality. I tried to rectify the situation that same evening by going there myself only to be treated as if I were lying but then told by Ricardo (stated he is the manager) that this was done “by accident”- as he tried assisting me with returning the devices another sales associate (who did not disclose his name-a larger framed, balding, Caucasian male) condescendingly stated he “helped with my mother’s purchase” & only created a family plan because “it made more sense since we only had 2 lines & we could use the additional lines if we want”- EXCUSE ME?! She came to upgrade phones why are you adding things on and changing her plan?! Oh I should mention he also added HULU, HBO MAX, NETFLIX & a TRAVEL PASS WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT! When I asked why - he stated “these are the perks” - Ricardo APPEARED apologetic as he assisted with trying to cancel everything that was done by the other team members however upon checking- NOTHING WAS DONE! He assured me that all additional lines were disconnected (as shown in my Verizon app/ they are still active)- our account still shows the devices as being purchased and not returned & I understand refunds take time however after speaking with someone else on the customer service line- I was informed that a refund cannot be issued until the devices have been returned even though both devices were left with Ricardo! This location & its staff need to be investigated because I’m sure we are not the first victims of this scheme to increase the appearance of sales. This is literal fraud! I tried to handle this within the store but sadly I now I have to contact Verizon’s Fraud Department!

Don’t go to this location never ever
Maybe Verizon is a good company this location the workers do not know how to serve customers they opened an account for me because of a lack of understanding how to transfer an account from company to company my number was blocked Instead of calling the Verizon technical support they sent me to a different location 1 hour away drive and they explained me that only here they can open back the number I drive 1 hour just to come here and then Staff here explain me that every store can do it
The bottom line 2 days they let me run around instead to fix the issue in 2 minutes

Horrible experience. Showed up to pickup my phone they told me they sold it to someone else waited a whole week for a new one to arrive was told that due to their mistake of selling my phone they would waive a setup fee and ship it back for me. I arrived and was told they would not ship for me I asked multiple times before I was charged the taxes if I was being charged a setup fee to which the employee said no- still charged me and said the initial employee Anthony who promised to waive it would need to call me to which he never did. Stay away and go to another Verizon store terrible customer service.

My recent experience with Verizon was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I reached out for customer support, it was an exercise in frustration and disappointment. The communication was abysmal, with long hold times, frequent transfers between representatives, and a complete lack of transparency regarding my issue.To make matters worse, my problem was never truly resolved, and I felt like I was passed around without anyone taking responsibility. The customer service representatives were unhelpful and often seemed disinterested in my concerns. It was a stark contrast to the service I expected from a company of Verizon's stature.I was left feeling frustrated, undervalued as a customer, and entirely unsatisfied with the experience. This was a glaring example of a major telecommunications company failing to meet even the most basic customer service standards, leaving me with a lasting impression of dissatisfaction and disappointment.Stand clear!!!
