Worst please and service
While I was returning my Verizon home internet equipment due to worst connection
They themselves had a internet issue 😅with the Verizon
Even after 1 and half hour I still was waiting just to return the equipment
I just left the store to go to the different location let’s see maybe all the Verizon stores like that 🤔

This dealer is horrible and unprofessional, they left me on hold for extended period of time and they promised me that they would have the phone the next day and they didn't. I had to get it cancelled and order it through Verizon. Authorize dealer sucks.

Grateful thanks to Ms. Shweta and to the kind and extremely patient gentleman who resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. I’ve bought my past 3 phones here and the twice I was stuck because I am not very ‘tech-savvy,’ the staff were consistently kind and lovely to deal with.
