Horrible service walked in with my daughter real quick and wow the stares and attitude right when I walked in they seemed mad I came in the girls need to get fired asap everyone was zoned in on the phones didn’t care about nothing and the dudes are worse ready to fight if you ask questions Verizon due better close that store or fire everyone won’t ever step foot here again

I was in the store was trying to activate my account but no one was able to help me not even trying to help and before that when I purchased new phone I asked to help to do autopay but still they didn’t do that. And because of it my account was disconnected.

The workers are very rude won’t help with anything if your bill goes up the when you ask for the supervisor or store manager they will hide in the back room and won’t come out, they are very lazy and rude towards there customer that stayed with Verizon for over 4 years they won’t help you with anything if you have a question they will ignore you and will call the cops on you rather than help you.

STAY AWAY!
This store is full of dishonest salesman.We switched to Verizon a few months ago and since then it's only been problems. They charge you first and not provide service.
1. My sister updated a phone, they gave her wrong color and when she went back to exchange it they charged her 50$. How is this legal?
2. When we updated phones they promised the rate wouldn't go up but it did. They are liers.
3. Initially it took 4 days and 4 store visits to switch phone numbers. This was torture as my mom is old and she's not super mobile. It took 5 visits to this store to have phones updated, and last time the manager straight up refused to provide service.
5. I've decided to get off Verizon at this point, I had prepaid Tmobile for years, it was soooooo good, the same amount charged every month, it was cheaper and it had better reception when i went skiing. I just wanted to warn everybody about the dangers of dealing with Verizon and this store in particular.

The worst service I know of. The Verizon representative just ran away from us saying he couldn't fix the problem. And said we should call . Before that we lost 2 days of communication with Verizon, and last night we were told that they can not solve the problem and we need to go to the store))))) That's how Verizon is and such horrible employees in this company. We again lost 2 hours of time and even on the phone the problem of joining 3 numbers could not be solved ! Horrible company, very unscrupulous and I will say directly, not very smart employees!
