Not good at all very, disappointing, I was there on a quiet day no crowd I paid for the platinum service full price $35 and I got half of the job done. They didn’t do the dashboard, still all dusty, hit or miss all around the car, it is like they need to do everything fast regardless of what the client paid for, just do half a job and move on to the next car. My question is where is the manager, do I also have to inspect their work? No attention to the work nor to the service. They don't seem to care about doing a great job for the client.

I come here for the oil change & carwash because it's close & convenient but every time I come they are unorganized & slow! I always end up here for over an hour because there's way more running back & forth, talking to each other & confusion than actual working! It's super annoying & inconsiderate of ppls time!

The worst car wash I went to. they scratch my car with the brushes. A brand new Escalade . They says that's normal . I recommend everyone to Skip this one find better one

Took my truck in for a wash paid for a platinum service $32 basically got a regular wash inside & out still dirty inside not wiped down well, outside not clean as well, whitewalls tires not done. pointed it out to workers didn't get anywhere. ☹️

As a long-time customer who has visited this spot primarily for the sake of convenience, I find myself compelled to share my progressively disappointing experiences to forewarn others.On multiple occasions, I’ve entrusted my 2005 BMW E46 to the care of them. Regrettably, the series of services has resulted not in the preservation of my vehicle but in notable deterioration. The detailing job, which included waxing, has left my car with exposed patches where the paint has been entirely removed, ushering in the onset of spot rusting on the hoodMoreover, the damage extends to the interior, with the shifter boot leather being completely torn out, and the seat adjuster completely snapping and no longer functioning as it should.While I have always advocated for supporting local businesses, it is with a heavy heart that I must discourage fellow car enthusiasts and local residents from utilizing the services unless you have a beater you don’t care much about. The decrease in the level of professionalism and craftsmanship over time has reached a point where I can no longer justify being a patron.I urge potential customers to weigh the convenience against the potential risk to their vehicle’s condition and to consider seeking out alternative establishments that uphold a higher standard of service and respect for all vehicles, be it a classic or a daily driver.

A scammer posing as a local parent "offered" to detail our car; thank goodness I realized and went to Viking. They were extremely reasonable, went above and beyond, and even tackled guano stains that penetrated the paint job. Couldn't recommend them more. Really nice people

CC fees not posted clearly - they do not give discount for cash as required by NYS law. Does not matter what level of service you choose - car will always be cleaned with 85% success rate.
