I placed an order on January 17. Though I got a notification that the shipping label had been created, the order was not shipped 6 days later. I reached out to customer service who said that "our shipping procedure is presently experiencing a delay" and that I could expect my order to ship within the next 2-3 days. My package still had not shipped 6 days after that, so I placed a charge-back with my credit card company. I am concerned that this is not a legitimate business and recommend against ordering with them.

AGREE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago with a 3 day delivery timeframe listed. It still has not been delivered. I had no communicate letting know of an issue. When I reached out they claimed there was a product delay and it would be shipping out soon. Well that was a week ago. I have requested to get my money back (email and vm). So far no answers.

I do not recommend this company. They sent me the wrong product. I have tried to get ahold of them for over a week and no one seems to be able to get back to me on how I can send this product back THAT I DID NOT ORDER so I may be issued a refund. Bunch of crooks.
