Rather than look for my package, he said it was sent back. I told him I'd ve back in an hour. Miracle of all miracles, my package materialized. Not to mention it was there for almost a week bc of his operating hours. My work was delayed by a week bc the package was my work computer. The actual post office is just a few blocks down. Do yourself a favor and just deal with usps

I go here because it's 2 blocks away from my house. I've learned that the opening time is wrong. I go after 12pm still wait outside but once I'm in I control the narrative. I'm in and out. Had one real bad experience having my package ship upstate when it were suppose to go down south. Which was my fault for not checking my receipt and seeing they enter the wrong zip code. It was pure hell. I got the postal inspectors involved to help me get my mother's urn to the funeral parlor 8 days after the funeral.

The owner Winston clearly hates his job. It’s as if your presence annoys him. He has attitudes Every time I have to drop something off. Oh and forget about the printing services. He will tell you to email your information and NEVER responds back. Forget about calling as well, he never answers. Terrible service.

I have used this place for my UPS Access Point for years to avoid getting packages getting left at my building and then stolen. We only ever picked up our packages in the afternoon before 5pm. However, they are rarely open since the Coronavirus came in March and when they are, they will refuse to serve you because they decide to close before their stated business hours. It is such a haphazard means for running a business. We've had packages delivered last week that we cannot pick up. We went to pick up the package yesterday (Monday) at 4:45pm and the guy behind the counter said he'd be closing after the five people in front of us were served, but refused to help us. Today, we went at 10:30am (half an hour after their business hours begin) and they were closed. Tried again at 3pm - still closed. I want to pick up my packages! Don't bother calling - they never answer the phone and there is no voicemail service.

Every single time I come to ship packages off to my customers I have to wait for him to get back in the store for about a half hour. It’s like he just gets up and walk out whenever he wants. It’s so ridiculous this the kind of customer service we are subjected to in our neighborhood.

This is the absolute worst business ever they are never open at their advertised times and when you ship things from here it will take months to arrive, this is my 4th time coming here during their advertised hours only for them to be closed. They’re not even apologetic for the inconvenience they place on their customers. Avoid this place at all cost They do not care about being a business owner or providing a service to the community
