Went several times to pick up meds. 10 mins before close there was a line of about 5 in front of me. I still chose to stand in line. When I tell you these two ladies patiently quickly and effectively took care of EVERYONE in the line. Including myself and the two people that appeared before me. I applauded them. It’s not easy being back there and having to sort things and keep it organized. Too many people complain and leave bad reviews because of their impatience. And YES during the day I admit the loud speaker voice saying customer service needed is lowkey annoying 😭especially laundry detergent isle. 😭 but still. I’m giving this Walgreens pharmacy five stars because of the WORKERS. Some people need to learn patience.

Not much to say--it's a Walgreens and a bit dated. The lines tend to be slow, so go first thing in the morning if you need to pick up medication. Keep in mind that the pharmacy is CLOSED for a lunch break between 1:30 and 2PM, so don't go then to fill or pick up your prescription. meds.

Ridiculous store. Stood waiting for customer assistance to come open the skincare locks for 15 minutes. Understaffed. Walked away without buying anything although I needed multiple things

Tried calling this pharmacy to have a prescription transferred to them about a month ago and was put on hold for an hour before they automatically hung up on me. When I called back, I was on hold for another hour before they hung up on me again.
I thought that maybe it was just a bad day for them and had my prescription sent to them the next time. I called to have it refilled today only to find out that all five of my refills had been canceled due to a manufacturing change. I understand that the pharmacy may not be at fault for that specifically, however am incredibly upset that I was not told. I was supposed to be set for six months. Now I have to drop everything I’m doing and spend lord knows how long on and off the phone with them and the Doctor’s office because they were not informed either and still show that I have five refills.
I have never had an experience like this with a Walgreens before and am usually fairly happy with their customer service.

I thought to myself “surely this Walgreens can’t be any worse than the one on Knickerbocker & Stockholm, right?” I couldn’t be more wrong. This place has a completely broken phone system. You’ll never be able to call this pharmacy. Last time I was there, I asked if there was any more direct number I could use? “No.” The people working here just don’t care. The Knickerbocker Walgreens is somehow better.

Very reliable place. Whenever I need a pharmacy I travel 40 minutes to this one here, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very great, however the lines be long and they only have one register open.

WHY IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN!!!! I was transferred from Rite aid and have been waiting 2 weeks to get a simple prescription filled. also it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone.

Wholly unreliable. Tried transferring from Rite Aid, which closed. I called and they said it'd be ready the next day. Got a text saying it was delayed due to insurance so I called back and again, they said it'd be ready the next day. So I show up two days later due to the holiday, wait 20 mins in line then 10 mins for them to ask the pharmacist and to look at my insurance, only for them to tell me they're out of stock and I need to go to another walgreens. I needed the prescription yesterday.
Also, for the FedEx drop off, you need to print out the shipping label at home before you can drop off, which was the cherry on top of my experience.

the pharmacy line always has at least 3 people in it when i come, and couple seated waiting. today, there's 6 people in line and 3 seated. at some point, they may want to schedule more than one person to handle the pharmacy. meanwhile, there are repeated announcements for assistance needed in the photo and laundry detergent depts.
dont even bother calling this place. if they answer the phone at all, theyll just place you on hold for hours.
on the positive side, the staff is nice, but probably miserable from short staffing.
lets do better, Walgreens.

Incompetent pharmacists. I would give this zero stars if I could. Absolute pieces of work. Can't even fill persepctions when they say they will. Worthless garbage.
