Avoid this pharmacy! I wanted to transfer a prescription from them to another pharmacy, they said the other pharmacy has to call them. Ok. The other pharmacy was calling them and Walgreens was not picking up the phone. Total garbage service and the pharmacy staff.

i’m new to this pharmacy and showed up after work around 5:30PM. my insurance was ran at 5:45 but i didn’t get my medication until 7:45. my doctor sent the prescription two days ago…. avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

ZERO STARS for the pharmacy. Everytime i use this pharmacy i NEVER get through to the phone. And always got problems w the prescriptions. I can never get my medicine same day.

I waited on hold for 15 minutes; the staff would pick up every time the phone rang, and without a word, return me to hold (while clearly having a chat).

truly worst pharmacy i’ve been to and as a local i can attest that every.single.time i go pick up my prescription not only i have to wait a long time (for something that was supposed to be express i already waited +45 minutes IN LINE) but the staff is also extremely rude. i’m not even gonna say unfriendly because they have no obligation to be friendly, specially working under those conditions, but im tired of having a first interaction with them be extremely uncomfortable.

Worst Walgreens and pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy will call you 15 times to tell you your prescription is ready and you get there. Wait 30 minutes in line and they tell you it’s not ready and it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. The “express” line is not express. Only ever 1 person working the counter at the pharmacy even with 10+ people I. Line waiting. This is the last time I’m having the prescription sent here and I couldn’t be happier. Take a train a few stops and go to the rite aid.

i have never left a review for anything, but this pharmacy is literally the most frustrating place on planet earth. staff is super rude for no reason. they make me feel like they’re doing me a favor every time i talk to them. always have to wait super long as medicine is never ready. DO NOT SEND PRESCRIPTIONS HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!

Despite booking an appointment days in advance for vaccines, the pharmacy did not save either of two vaccines for my appointment. They called me an hour in advance to cancel my appointment because they were out of vaccines. This is extremely unprofessional.
I scheduled my vaccination before going to a music festival. I wasn’t able to get another one done in advance, so here’s hoping I don’t get COVID or the flu.
Walgreen’s: managing inventory for scheduled appointments isn’t hard. It’s 100% planned and predictable, which is the point. Please remember that you are affecting people’s health and wellness and need to be reliable.
I have booked an appointment elsewhere and will not be coming back to this pharmacy.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Walgreens location. Despite multiple attempts to call and check on my medication's status, there was no response. Additionally, I was kept on hold for what felt like one hour when trying to speak with customer service.
Regrettably, I'm left without my necessary medication due to these delays and the lack of communication. I strongly advise considering another location for your prescription needs.

Words can’t describe how bad this pharmacy is. No joke this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. You have to count on at least a half hour in line every time you come here. Every single time. The staff is frequently rude and unhelpful and seemingly staffed at 25% of the appropriate level. It’s a bafflingly bad. Do not go here. Ever.
