Covid tests 2x to 3x the price of Amazon and Target. $24 for 2 tests. Tests on Amazon cost $7 each. Tests at target are $8 each. Crazy that drugstore is ripping people off for an essential Covid items. Especially for a pharmacy that serves lots of NYCHA residents.

Do not go here. If you do, you will wait in long lines and run around asking someone to unlock the cabinets to get anything. MOST IMPORTANT: Be sure to double-check your prescription to make sure it is the correct medication and dose.

Always been a Walgreens customer and their pharmacies are usually easy to deal with. This pharmacy was so bad. They’d send me texts saying my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I would show up wait in line and watch every pharmacist cluelessly tap around on their keyboards and look at every patient completely confuzzled, like they had just woken up from a DMT trip or something. Their lines take 15-20 mins to even see one of these pharmacists, and then when you tell them you’re picking up after getting a notification that your scrip is ready, they tell you they don’t have the prescription and they need to verify with the doctor.This wasn’t a one time issue. It happened literally every time i showed up, to the point where I walked out on them. This was a repeat offense and seems to be happening to a lot of the other reviewers.There are plenty of smaller pharmacies on Myrtle that probably don’t operate like this. In fact I’ve never seen any pharmacy this disorganized. If you have a choice, don’t make it this one

Called multiple times to ask about my prescription, no one picked up. Then waited for an hour to get to the top of the queue and still couldn’t get through. Frustrating!

Worst pharmacy. Don’t call unless you want to be on hold forever. Does it really take 20 minutes to find out if a medication is in stock? Last resort pharmacy right here.

do not go here. it is understaffed. lines are endless. it is dirty. most of the stuff is behind locked cabinets and it takes forever to get someone to unlock them. worst of all (full review with details coming soon) check your prescription to make sure it is the correct dose and medication.someone close to me could have died of a medication overdose. the pharmacy called to tell her they gave her the wrong dose, with no apologies or advice. the actual pharmacist who issued the wrong medication admitted she was "confused" about the dosage. a nightmare be safe- avoid this pharmacy.

Do not come to this Walgreens ever. I had bad experience. One time I came in and went into the eyecare aisle to purchase contact lens solution. I saw the contact lens solution was on sale. When I went to the register, the employee Marilyn scanned the solution and told me to pay the original price. I told Marilyn that the solution was on sale, I shouldn't have to be paying the original price. Marilyn came out rude telling me that I need to have the Walgreens app which was nonsense. Marilyn didn't need to be coming out rude. I didn't even bother to buy the solution. It's too over priced in here. Marilyn needs to learn how to speak to customers with respect. Otherwise she wouldn't have a job in this Walgreens.

They called to tell me my prescription was ready and when I showed up they claimed they never did even though I have proof on my phone. Very weird. Recommend going to any other Walgreens over this one.

I think the pharmacy is understaffed. The employees are accommodating, but there are often significant delays in getting my prescriptions processed and filled. Requires a lot of self advocacy and persistence, which is frustrating.

Waited over an hour for a vaccine. No consideration for appointment times (first come first served), they overbook, and they don’t have anyone to give the shots. In the hour I’ve been waiting only one vaccine has been administered. If they don’t have the staff they shouldn’t book the appointments. I will never ever getting a vaccine here again.

I came in and they told me it would be 30 mins before my script will be done (it was called in 3 hours before this). I came back 36 hours later they still didn’t fill it. I’ve been here 3 times to get my scripts and haven’t gotten them. It should be illegal for them to hold off filling your prescriptions like this. I’ve given up, going to find another Rx in the neighborhood. They are understaffed and overrun
