Walgreens ??? Why would you allow your brand to be tarnished by this location at Church and Utica Aves. A few descriptive words of my experience at this walgreens are ridiculous, unprofessional, uncarring staff, rude, no accountability for their errors, their mistakes will leave you in a serious medical position or DEAD!!! I have waited on a line for 40 min to pick up vital medication after leaving the emergency room only to be told the counter is closed and i have to leave. I pleaded with the representative and he closed the gate in my face. As a result of this incident I ended up back in the emergency room the next morning. I refuse to ever return to this place, where they take advantage of the elderly customers who feel forced to accept this type of disrespectful and dangerous treatment. My advice ....Walgreens Inc., take your name off that building.

The store is great but the pharmacy SUCKS. U are always waiting in an epic line, slow and insensitive pharmacists thinking you have all day to wait online or on the phone just to tell you ur medications isn't ready and that u should come back. They never utilize the online or text notification system to tell you ur medications are ready. I understand that they are overwhelmed due to the recent closures of Rite Aide and other pharmacies but this is truly unacceptable on so many levels. Their " I'm sorries" are so damn fake..... its truly sad.

This place doesn't even deserve one star . The pharmacy is EXTRA terrible . Please go somewhere else if you like decent service or if you need your prescriptions in a timely manner . I would prefer traveling to a different continent rather than walk one block to this pharmacy, they honestly need to remove all staff and start over . It's honestly a shit show.

Not my usual Walgreen. I was in the area and decided to go in to buy a couple of items. One of them was locked and I needed assistance. I waived to the cashier to send help. A guy in the aisle with a blue polo told me he wasn't working there. Another employee came, passed by and stood there, then left. Seems he didn't have a key. Waited more. Nobody. The guy "who didn't work there" went around and started loading the shelves with items. The cashier asked me if I got help. I said no. Didn't make any announcement. Waited a bit more. Nothing. Like I didn't existed. Waited 5 more minutes. Nobody told me to wait "help is on the way" or anything. I left. Went to the other Walgreen on Church and Nostrand. 2 minutes the cashier call for help. In and out in 10. And they wonder why they loose their jobs. Headquarter need to send somebody and re-train staff, customers put money in your pocket Walgreens.

Standing in a line with A couple of customer we have been Standing for over 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription that already been filled now this is a common practice for this store they have to do better come on now

The male pharmacist acted like he was too busy to answer any questions. Every time I approached him before making an aisle purchase, he simply walked away! Yet if a male customer approached he was present and answered their questions! Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this store!

Terrible customer service and the longest pharmacy wait times. It's a shame that soo many seniors are told that their medication isn't ready and sent home after receiving calls stating that the medication is ready.What a tragedy. This location needs to close.

I wish I could give no stars waited on the pharmacy line for an hour just pick up medicine only one line to drop off and pick up medicine line was very long and they threatened to close the gate exactly at 9pm meanwhile there was a line of people just waiting to pick up medicine only 1 person at the register and the other person was sweeping up and throwing away garbage instead of assisting and helping with getting people through the line this has to be the worst experience ever.

Again if i can give zero stars or even negative stars I would. Went in yesterday and the pharmacy was long again as usual. I dont know what i expected anything different. I decided to call today and this is how long I've been on hold and counting. Please see the picture. They keep saying they are more than 3 callers ahead of you which after reading other reviews and my own experience is a lie. I wonder if they can be reported to the BBB because this is just ridiculous at this point. At this point they need to be closed down and open up another pharmacy that knows what the F they are doing.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all cost. There is no training, no manager no supervision. Today in the pharmacy there were 4 people inside but only one person dealing with the line. She clearly didn't know what she was doing and have to keep going constantly in the back to ask to the people hiding in the back. First they told me they didn't do a vaccine I schedule online and then they asked and confirmed they can do it but they were waiting for the pharmacist. After half an hour wait I asked how long and she said I don't know maybe an hour. What! An hour to get a shot with an scheduled appointment? While I was there waiting I was able to witness the rudeness of several staff and the incompetence of the pharmacy. Phone ringing non stop and nobody will pick it up. People pressing the button to get the merchandise behind the lock but staff will never come. Managers! Upper Management! Where are you? Why not training your people and really support them on the floor? And evaluate your processes? Needless to say I left without my shot.

Please boycott this Walgreens. My wife was very ill I needed medicine right after coming from the urgent care. I got there at 8:30 PM and the pharmacist said that was insurance doesn't cover the medicine they didn't fill the order yet so I have to wait. I told her that I will sit down in a chair right next to the window. When I look up after 10 minutes, the gate was closed. After knocking on it Pharmacist walked around and said she cannot reopen it. I said why didn't she just kept me, she said she was making announcements, I said all you had to do is look over and see that I'm here and no one can hear these announcements in the store. No solutions, unprofessional, horrible service. Literally trophy for the laziest pharmacist on earth. Besides being fired the whole store should be boycotted.

Walgreens - when you out your merchandise behind lock and key and then don't have staff on the floor to unlock it, PEOPLE CANT BUY YOUR STUFF. This is the second Walgreens I've been to this week to buy a damn toothbrush and since they're locked up and no one is on the floor, i ve left empty handed both times. No matter how many times I ring that damn bell no one comes

Lines are long but and other customers are very rude but staff saves this store, especially a employee by the name of Malique, works both front and pharmacy and every experience with him is a delight. Only reason I come to the store , wonderful customer service
