The worst pharmacy I have even used. Absolutely terrible customer service. Constant issues filling prescriptions, they never notify you when there is an issue filling a prescription. Trying to correct these issues takes multiple phone calls, hours wasted on hold, dropped calls etc. I would give zero stars if that was an option

In the ranking of my worst visits to a pharmacy, this easily grabs the first 20 spots. Every single person working there hates life, every item is locked and need to call but they won’t come, unreasonably slow cashier counter and pharmacy. -3 out of 5 stars

i would give 0 stars if i could. nobody answers the phone!!!! i know it sucks to work there, but you know what else sucks? having illnesses and not being able to ever get my medication on time because this staff is incompetent, this pharmacy is always under staffed, and they say they’re “doing the best they can” but that is a lie. give folks their medicine when they come in you awful people.

I wish I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star. Every month when it’s time to renew my prescriptions, I refill through the app and no action is taken until I call, but every time I call I need to wait at least 20 minutes to speak to someone. If there is an issue with my prescription, such as they need to call my doctor or insurance, they do not take action until I call again and wait another 20 minutes. It’s a huge time suck. Separate from the pharmacy, waiting in like takes like 15 minutes as they have one person behind the counter. The building is also dirty, and the workers seem miserable. It’s wild how Walgreens continues to let this location operate in such poor conditions

Had me wait 30 minutes for something they said would take 5 minutes and had 6 people after me get there medicine before. When I went up again it another 30 minutes to get it and I was waiting there for 1 hour when they said 5 minutes.

The customer service is terrible. They don’t fill prescriptions from the same doctor for the same person together or even close to each other. Waited 30 min after being told one of them was being worked on now to then be told oh we only had one and this new one just came in

All the staff here that I've interacted with from the photo department to the pharmacy to the checkout have been amazing. I had a problem with a photo order and all the staff went above and beyond to fix it. There was this cashier who acted like it was a thrill to ring me up. Really any issues I've had here has everything to do with Walgreens as a corporation. I think that's where a lot of these negative reviews should be directed at. The people working at this location are the best!

WORST PHARMACY EVER. IT IS SO DIRTY AND PERSONNEL IS THE MOST DISGUSTING AND RUDE I’VE EVER MET. THEY JUST DON’T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. NOBODY SHOWS UP WHEN ASSISTANCE IS REQUESTED, LONG LINES THAT TAKE FOREVER. THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY JUST PUT YOU ON HOLD AND GOOD LUCK WHO CARES IF YOU NEED IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS. I SERIOUSLY JUST HOPE THAT THE WHOLE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT GETS FIRED AND ENDS UP ON THE STREET CAUSE THIS IS INSANE. AVOID IF YOU CAN.
