Non-exeptable service. I’d been waiting for more than 30 minutes on call. Pharmacy agent dropped the phone twice saying’hold on’. After that , customer service didn’t pick up the phone at all. I will go to another pharmacy . Shame !!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve encountered. There are consistently 15 or more people waiting at the register, suggesting an urgent need to hire additional staff capable of handling checkout efficiently—or to replace the current manager at this location. Inventory management is equally poor; I often can’t even find items I purchased here just last month. The store also enforces a rigid “no pets” policy, yet customers are forced to wait in line for over 20 minutes even for a so-called quick visit, making it impractical to leave a pet in the car during extreme weather. Overall, the operation is inefficient and frustrating.
