Don't bother going for passport photos or calling. The photo machines are broken and have seemingly been for a long time. When I tried to call to ask if they were open for passport photos, they had me on hold, picked up the phone, and immediately hung up without speaking to me. They did this twice just to get their phones to stop ringing. I've never had a business pick up and hang up with no explanation like that.

This waldgreens really went downhill. This used to be a nice store over 10 years ago. The staff are lazy and always talking among themselves. Dirty, unkempt shelves and floors. What happened?

Such a good store and it was so clean and i always find everything im looking for here. Never seen staff so friendly for a walgreens. There shelves were full and pulled up so i could easily find what i wanted. Definitely will be coming back here again!

Very not organized i did yesterday order to pick up pictures and I came the next day afternoon and it's still wasn't ready I was waiting online till it was ready besides that the guy there was helping me and did it when he can

This place only works on complaints. I show up 3 hours after my prescription is called in and am told it’s not ready. So I ask, how long is it going to take, it’s been 3 hours? Oh they’ll have it ready in 5 or 10 minutes. What? This pharmacy only fills your prescriptions after you show up for them. This has happened many times, I don’t think I’ve ever been here where the prescription has been filled before I arrived. Why did it only take 5 minutes AFTER I showed up? There was absolutely nobody at the pharmacy when I got there. This place has extremely poor service, and a horrible operating model.

The workers here are extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. This is the WORST Walgreens location and I will not be shopping here again.

The workers are rude and unprofessional. There is hardly any merchandise out on the sales floor. The store is not clean or organized. This is the absolute worst Walgreens location!

DO NOT GO FOR PHOTOS
Went to pick up a passport photos order and was told by the older African American man with glasses that the ‘machine was broken for 6 months’. Now I picked up a similar order of photos 2 months back at the same location; so he was lying.
I got a screenshot of the order and went to the lady cashier this time and showed her. She picked up the order within seconds.
The guy didn’t know to type in a number to pick up an envelope that was 6 feet behind him.
It is a good thing that automation is replacing these jobs.

Never order 8x10 prints from here at all. This is at least the third time they pulled a cancellation when I went at least two days before yet I got no notifcation of a change or consideration. Instead, they refused to do an alternative. Better do it at another location.

Do not order pictures or any photo product from this location. I ordered a photo book same day pick on a Wednesday for a Birthday party on Saturday. Went to the store at the estimated hour and was told they didn't have it because they didn't have the material, to come back the next day but we agree that they were going to call me the next day by the manager, when it was ready. No one called. On Friday I call the toll free number they tried calling the store several time and non one picked up so they resubmitted the order same day pick up as well. I waited until Saturday to pick it up before the party but called several time before and no one picked up. I went there and I was given the same excuse as Wednesday and as I was leaving I heard the guy that I spoke to say, that the order was canceled on purpose. So no only was it canceled I didn't get any type of notification or call about it so I could order some where else, I ended up going empty handed to the party.
