Customer service is ok, more like sub par and filled with associates that want to run out of the store.….. MY MAIN issue with this store is the CONSTANT LYING and CLOSING WAYYYY before the time. I came in at 9:35 pm a few days ago to print pictures for my Grandma. Sales associate ROSA stated the PHOTO kiosk closes 20 mins before the store closes. I was there at 9:35pm, so this still didn’t make any sense. She denied all uses of the machine which is SELF SERVICE!!! This task takes approximately 3 mins to more depending on the amount of photos one is printing! I followed up on this and turns out, this is in fact a lie and the kiosk is supposed to close when the store closes!! I am Lost on why an associate, specifically ROSA…. Would misinform me and BLATANTLY LIE!!! DOES WALGREENS PAY YOU EXTRA TO CLOSE EARLY?? DOES WALGREENS PAY YOU EXTRA TO LIE?!? Would WALGREENS be happy to know that Rosa is causing them to lose money by Lying to customers??? I NOW AVOID THIS STORE UNLESS I’M OUT OF OPTIONS! I RATHER SPEND MONEY IN OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS. Just pisspoor behavior! Disgusting

it’s not the employees’ fault that corporate severely understaffs the store and almost certainly underpays the people they do assign here. give them some grace.
also be nice to the pharmacists. they are doing their best with the sheer volume of tasks they have.

Friendly staff, but the pharmacy is pure chaos. It took my going there 3 times to get my med filled. The first time it was out stock, and the second and third time it just hadn’t been done. I have no doubt they are very understaffed; it feels that way. But this is the last time i give any Walgreens my business.

Phone line for pharmacy is a useless chatbot and when trying to speak with a person, it tells you to hold before immediately hanging up. Prescription was never filled or filed and this is beyond frustrating. Other reviews are correct when they tout the uselessness of this place for prescriptions. For general shopping it’s fine enough, but fill prescriptions elsewhere

I'm not sure what's up with this Walgreens pharmacy staff, whether they're understaffed or incompetent or a little of both, but save yourself the headache and stress and go to a different pharmacy.
Calling it the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced is an understatement because they go below and beyond what I would even consider subpar. If there are ANY issues with filling your prescription (eg., insurance, medication not in stock, transferring an Rx), they will not tell you. No call, no text, no notification. It's on you to constantly check on it and hound them for it multiple times - and even then, it's a 50% chance your medication will be ready by the time you've run out. If it's a necessary medication, well... you're SOL. They dgaf. This has happened for me 3 months in a row now.
Also, for some reason, they're unable to deliver a partial refill so I have to pick up from them twice when getting there even once is difficult for me given my current health conditions. This has happened 3 times. I asked pharmacy staff if they could bypass this given my condition and they said to call customer service. When I called customer service, they told me to take it up with the pharmacy staff. Nobody knows how to handle anything, from basic administrative tasks to the minimum requirement of a pharmacy to simply notify a patient that their Rx won't be filled.
I cannot wait to wipe my hands clean of this pharmacy. I've never experienced so many issues with a pharmacy, much less experienced so many repeated instances of not even getting my regular meds filled.

I was prescribed Wegovy. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. I knew it was not covered by my insurance. I have a coupon for wegovy. I presented the coupon to the pharmacist she said coupon cannot be used. I called customer service and was informed to tell the pharmacist to run the prescription without insurance. Pharmacist we cannot accept coupon. Call back customer service, they spoke with pharmacist told her run as self pay still not accepting coupon and asked me to pay $1500 for the medication. Says there is nothing we can do. I am sure they are not running the coupon properly. Let frustrated. Worse experience

The pharmacy never receives your prescription every single time, and you have to ask your doctor to re-submit it. Then, if you want to check in on your prescription status, the automated phone service never recognizes it. Then you ask to speak to a live person at the pharmacy, and they just keep putting you on hold over and over and over again. They don't even say, "Please hold." They just pick up and immediately put you back on hold. When meeting them in person, they are so apathetic and do not seem to care that they are incompetent. Not to mention, the place seems understaffed. Not to mention, the Walgreens app is hot steaming garbage. Walgreens, please hire more workers, pay them appropriately, retain your workers, ensure they are properly trained, and fix your systems!!!
After today i will no longer be doing any business at any Walgreens if i can help it. Reach out to me if you would to communicate to me that you have fixed these issues and then I would consider going back to doing business with you.

This is one of the most poorly run Walgreens I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. It’s significantly understaffed, there is always a line because people are holding personal conversations or arguing with one another.
The pharmacy is a whole different mess; I have called several times back to back to update my insurance for a prescription that saves my life, and yet I am placed on hold (with no indication) and I’m forced to listen to private convos and medicines being filled or just hung up on…
This place is a mess and I miss the mom and pop pharmacies that actually cared for the community.

This is the worst pharmacy I ever encountered. The staff are rude and did not know what they are doing. They insist the doctor should contact the insurance provider for a prescription the pharmacy said was declined by the insurance provider. But both the doctor and the insurance stated that the pharmacy should contact the insurance. The insurance provider even recommend us change a pharmacy because this one is so bad

This is the worst location. When you call, the automatic voice comes on, transfer you to the pharmacy, you either get cut off or be holding on for a lengthy period. If a prescription was sent to them and they don't have it and you ask them to fax it to another pharmacy , they don't get around to doing it. For customers sake, please deal with another pharmacy not walgreens

Horrible service, they are criminally understaffed. I've had to call upwards of 6 times to speak to a person on the phone, I've waited an hour plus in person as they filled pain medications and anesthesia wore off, I've been given other people's medications, I've had deliveries and scripts canceled without any notification or explanation after being told they were being filled. I get this is a busy place and the workers are probably not paid enough, it's just nightmarish and incredibly difficult to deal with. Walgreens needs to address this.

Consistently bad experience every time I’ve gone here. The check out line is always longer and slower than any other store I’ve ever been to, and I just waited an hour past my appointment time to receive a flu and covid shot. Horrendously understaffed especially considering it’s on an extremely busy street in a densely populated neighborhood.

Messy train wreck. There's like 4 other pharmacies nearby on Fulton, try them instead.
