Richard the photo associate was rude and unhelpful. Richard customer service skills are horrible, he needs training and immediately. He was rude to every customer including myself. How can you be rude to a senior citizen, we will all be that age one day. Please have staff trained in customer service ASAP!

I had a frustrating experience with my prescription transfer from Texas to New York, and initially, I was unable to get it delivered. However, Nakeisha at Walgreens went above and beyond to ensure that I received my medication. She was incredibly patient, proactive, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Her kindness and persistence made all the difference, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Walgreens is lucky to have such a committed and compassionate pharmacist. She absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion! Thank you so much, Nakeisha!

The employees are lovely, there are way too few of them. The line for the pharmacy sometimes takes an eternity. It's not fair to them and it's not fair to us, the customers.

Their pharmacy was sent an urgent prescription and after I received an automated text that they received it, I got no further updates and now there is no record of it. If they do manage to fill your prescription: bring a camping chair for waiting in line since it will take 30 mins or more. Walgreens and similar businesses are all following the Dollar General model: there are almost no employees, everything is locked up behind plexiglass, and everything takes forever.

The service at the pharmacy is so bad. Came at 1pm waited in line for 20 minutes to be told that prescription was not ready and to come back at 2:30pm. Came back at 3pm and they told me to wait more time. I had to wait over 30 more minutes and the people attending had a horrible attitude. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

The worst Walgreens in NYC. The employees do not want to work here, they get customers from the projects that constantly steal stuff, high turnover rate from employees - the cycle continues. Avoid this plague of a store at all costs, online pickup is always an ordeal because they never have anyone to take care of it. And god forbid if you kindly ask an employee to ping someone to help, they give you the stink eye. If you don’t want to help, maybe disable in store pickup.

The only pharmacy I’ve ever encountered that refuses to fill prescriptions until you go into the store or call them. It is nearly impossible to get them to answer the phone. Typically, you wait on hold for 30 minutes, at least, and then someone picks up and hangs up, so you have to start again. This happens around 4-5 times before someone answers, so it takes several hours before you get someone on the phone. This has been my experience the 3 times I unfortunately had to use this pharmacy. I strongly recommend you avoid this pharmacy if you can. Also, is corporate asleep at the wheel here? Certainly if they understood what was going on here they would either hire more staff or replace the current staff, not sure which is the issue but either way avoid avoid avoid!

Absolutely one of the one of the worst pharmacies I came across! I called from a doctors office and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes I finally got someone and he was so rude!!! When I called back to give more info on the patient no one ever answered!! So disgusting and unprofessional!! If I could give a negative zero star I would!!!

Call me crazy, but I think that when you pre-book a vaccination appointment for 3:30 and arrive ahead of time, you shouldn't have to wait until 4:15 to actually get the shot. There was a line at least 6 people deep for prescription being serviced by one lone pharmacist while another sat at the other unmarked window not visibly doing anything except picking up the phone every once in a while and listening to the other end. Imagine my delight when it was this second pharmacist who ended up being in charge of the vaccine appointments! There was no apology for the wait and the nurse who turned up 10 minutes before I was finally seen actually encouraged me to leave a review! Plus the place was clearly in a state of filth and disrepair. I actually wasn't going to bother with a review until I saw a Walgreens commercial today that specifically sold the pharmacy experience as a wholesome and attentive one, and the dissonance between promise and reality was so severe to the point of absurdity and I just had to make sure I recorded it.
