I just waited in line for 15 to get a prescription filled, was told my name would be called out when it was ready. Waited another half an hour for my name to be called. Asked the pharmacist when it would be ready he said "oh it is, I need you to get in line." NEVER using this pharmacy ever again.

This store is the worst with same day orders. Inventory on the app NEVER reflects what’s in the store. Then you have to wait 3-5 business days for the money to go back on your card if something isn’t available. The manager in the store was no help at all just handed me a half empty bag with no other explanation. Won’t be using this service anymore!!!

The lift in this store has been broken for Lord knows how long, I honestly can’t remember. I saw someone in a wheelchair having to get up and struggle up the stairs… that’s wild and it’s a hazard. I’ve experienced good customer in there and also bad customer service so it’s a toss up with that one.

Don’t use this FedEx location! Had to wait over 20 minutes to get attended, there was just nobody there. When someone finally came, the person told me their system was not working for scanning QR codes (drop off without the need to print a shipping label), and that I needed to get it printed. I stepped to the side and generated a shipping label on my phone. Came back, waited to the guy to return and asked him if he could help me out by printing it. He told me their printer did not work! Then he turned around and said that he could probably try to scan the QR code, so he did. And it worked?All the packages were on sight and easily accessed by the counter.It was a very bad experience and it didn’t feel trustworthy.Not very knowledgeable personnel, they were all kind, but it took me over 30 minutes to do something that should’ve taken less than 5.

This is the closest drug store to me, so I keep trying to use it, even though they never have the products i want, the line is always absurdly long and the employees clearly aren't being paid enough to bother to help out. Today there was no line and I actually found the product I was looking for! Unfortunately, it was behind the counter and the employee refused to allow me to look at the box before purchasing (note: this is a product with detailed instructions and serious side effects if you get it wrong and they carried at least 8 different types of it). I spent far too much time asking to please see the box before doing what I always seem to do when I come to this Walgreens - leaving without buying anything and ordering the product online on my way out of the store.

This is the lowlight of my day, week and life as far as pharmacy experiences. I’ve routinely waited for 30+ minutes in line with 1 pharmacy tech just to be told that there’s something wrong with my RX after wasting my time waiting in line. Why do I continue waiting in line? Why don’t I just handle it online or on the phone? They don’t answer the phone and the online tool is often incorrect with no way to make adjustments.To be fair, I don’t blame the pharmacist or staff. It’s obvious that employees are overworked and don’t have enough resources to support the community. How can they be expected to answer phones, give vaccines, assist patients and answer otc questions.If you’re coming to this pharmacy be prepared to wait 30+ mins and get your medication days later after jumping through hoop after hoop until you’re so exhausted that you’ll pay whatever cost with or without insurance.

Worst pharmacy EVER. Line is always long. Routinely just cancel your prescription without telling you. If you go here plan to spend at least 2hrs. Ridiculous.

If I could a give no star I would. This one worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. I’ve never it that bad to point were I’m giving someone business a bad review. The stuff is very unorganized as a whole. Why is the entire staff taking lunch 1:30 in the afternoon all together? So the pharmacy have to shut down. Smart thing to is to alternate lunch schedule. And returning for meds is nightmare and it’s still not ready. You have to wait another hour for you stuff and they have audacity to put a sign up talking about we do delivery, you can’t even fill the orders that’s front of you. I alway tired to give a second because they’re so close to my house but is my last time. And that Jamaican lady with the red wig need to not be in front anymore put her in the back.

I came here to this Walgreens to pick up a few items. I pressed the button in the cold medicine dept because I didnt see what I was looking for. A male staff came to the isle with an unpleasant look on his face as if he didn't want to be there. So I asked him about an item and tried showing him on my cell since most are locked in cabinets, he said rudely in his strong Jamaican accent... you need to know what your looking for then I can get it. I then responded, first of all if I rang the bell I need assistance. If you dont want to be here to help customers then you should've stay home because your rudeness is unacceptable. I also told him that I would write a poor review about him and complain to his manager who was steps away and heard me. The manager came over and the 2 spoke briefly. The rude Jamaican guy then walked off where ever.... who cares. The manager then assisted me very well. I told him that I did not appreciate that rude nasty staff of his tone, because I've shopped at other Walgreen stores and never encountered such a staff with a poor attitude who did not want to help a customer. He's completely unprofessional and disgusting ugh. Overall the manager who looks very young was very professional and helpful for me. Thanks so much.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ll often try to call in the morning when I need to fill a script, wait on hold for over an hour, give up and then have to wait for another hour in the store to get my prescription. It’s unbelievably bad.

I really dislike this location. To say it's difficult to get a pharmacist on the phone is an understatement. They say my medication is back ordered but I have to call to check if it's come in, so there's no follow through. Especially for adhd meds. If you know you have customers who get these meds monthly, then you should make sure you have the qty on hand each month and not just order them when the rx comes through. People are going through withdrawal and they don't care. They get my scripts qty wrong often, even when I clarify with them before they fill it. I wish my insurance contracted with CVS again.
