My review has gotten removed, here it is again.
This pharmacy deserves 0 stars , all because of the very rude Russian pharmacists Silvia Crainiciuc, I went to get a HEP B booster shot as a college requirement, I did get the HEP B vaccine twice before and the Hispanic pharmacist told me that I don't need it and I told her that , it's an booster and required for school. SILIVIA CRAINICIUC who was next to the Hispanic lady rudely said "I can give her the vaccine 100 times for all I care very loud infront of everyone ". I am a black women and automatically thinks that she's being racist , there was also a white male there at the Same time as me getting vaccine for school and she didn't say anything rude to him and treated him with respect. I asked for the manager and she stated SHE WAS THE MANAGER. You're a manager and you acting like that ? Long story short I confronted her about it and she was very uncomfortable with the conversation and had nothing to say to me. I didn't even trust her to inject the vaccine in me , I took pictures of the vaccine and also her. I will never come here again.

This evening I had the pleasure of dealing with Nicola, a customer service associate for this branch. Granted I was in the store late, around 9pm. Nicola accommodated me. I needed passport photos. She embodies what customer service should be. Despite the inconvenience at that hour ( well I thought it was an inconvenience), she was really sweet. On top of her lovely disposition she was efficient.
Thank you Nicola! We need more Nicolas in customer service everywhere!
Oh and let her know I did get the image via email. She did mention, at times customers encounter problems receiving the file via email. I got mine!

Walgreens at 379 Myrtle Avenue, Brooklyn, NY is one of my favorite stores. They have excellent merchandise that goes on sale, and they stock their shelves with a great selection of merchandise. I especially enjoy their seasonal items (Halloween, Christmas, Summer items, etc.) I always enjoy shopping there, and sometimes I go just to see what new merchandise they stocked. The staff there is always kind, friendly and helpful, and their Manager is always great and helpful. It's a very great store!

Great staff. BUT met a corporate guy who said some concerning comments on the rewards program. He seemed to be inconsistent in his knowledge of the process. Also stated giving printed coupons to another customer who wants them when they are left is considered “theft” and the employee would be fired? I asked if the coupon says spend $30 to $40 to get $7 isn’t that a bonus to walgreens and keeps people using the program? Unbelievable! May consider using CVS!

Made the mistake of having a prescription sent here. For the refill I did it online and they said they could not refill, to call them. But then they literally pick up the phone and say please hold we are busy with attitudes and will not help. At the present I am still listening to the music, while I fill out the transfer form. Insane!
