Hell on earth. Everything out of stock, rude staff, dysfunctional pharmacy that wont answer the phone. Not sure its been cleaned in 10 years. I'm disappointed I have to give 1 star. Should be a negative 4.

Don't go here. Wait times are abhorrent, was on hold for 30 minutes just for them to hang up, called back, and put me on hold 4 times only to hangup mid-conversation. The staff is kind in person, the phone customer service is terrible and they need leadership and organization. I feel badly for the people who have to work in this store.

I’ve never been here without waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. It’s ridiculously short staffed. Avoid coming here if you can.

In general this store is useless and unpleasant but the final straw for me was going to the pharmacy for pen needles and being told that, despite the needles sitting in plain sight on the shelf with a $9.99 price tag, they weren’t allowed to sell them to me. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, like the pharmacy a block west, a real store that will actually sell you products.

Severely understaffed store and pharmacy. It takes over 1/2 hour to pick up Rx on a good day. I finally switched to a small business pharmacy but still have to come here for vaccines. Took 30 minutes just to check in for my appointment. Only come here if it’s urgent and you have a few hours.

Pharmacy will not answer the phone. Takes hours to get a script filled. You have to go in to get in front of the queue and get it processed. Understaffed store.

Staff are very nice but severely understaffed at the pharmacy. PLEASE hire more people if possible, the wait times for refills are SO long I’ve gone weeks without medication. I can never get someone on the phone, there’s always such a long wait. I know it’s not the staffs fault, they’re probably overwhelmed from being so busy.

The Pharmacy is under staffed. Calls go unanswered and prescriptions that are called in are never ready. Horrible experience. Too bad because the staff is generally pleasant and working hard.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They never fill my prescription until I call them which can take hours if it even works (I’ve waited 2 hours just to get hung up on before talking to anyone). I also had to pay over $200 for a prescription that was free through my insurance because they messed up putting my information in. If you go in person you still have to wait, if they even have enough of the medication to fill your prescription, which again would be the point of calling if you can ever get through to them.

I've been coming to this Walgreens for over 10 years. It used to be fine but the last few years have been so bad. Every time I come I think, this can't get worse, but then it does... they mess up, forget to give me one of my prescriptions and act like my doctor never called in my meds EVERY time. Go elsewhere. I will not come back. This place is awful.

This pharmacy sucks. Prescriptions are never filled on time, every time you waste time picking up your prescription, staff is very unhelpful, and working hours seem like a suggestion (except for lunch break, staff is religious about taking their lunch break for more than the allotted time).

I have been coming to this Walgreens for over three years. I wish there was a zero star option to review this establishment, but alas one star and this added context will have to do.Over the last three years they have consistently not had my prescription filled for me to pick up despite my insurance being charged an average of 4 days before pickup. Because of this practice I can’t use a delivery service or other pharmacy as they do not pick up the phone to reverse the claim. This seems to be a very interesting business practice to obtain payment for services rendered before actually having filled the prescription for several days. Even more so considering the difficultly of actually getting a prescription filled at this location.In the 30 minutes I have been sitting here waiting for a titrated and necessary medication I have had the more than enough time to write, edit, and publish my thoughts here. 10 other people have been deferred to wait for the same reason I have heard time and time again that they are “understaffed”. Given my repeated experience here this is absolutely the rule rather than the exception.If you do not value your time or your sanity please feel free to visit this location, however if you do value these things I would steer as far as physically far from this hellscape as possible. Dante’s lowest ring of hell has nothing on this Walgreens.

The Staff we're very nice & helpful. They didn't offer the Buy one. Get 50% off sale. @ this location. But they patiently waited. While I did the web order. For store pickup. So I could get the deal /offer. Every walgreens has it's perks. Also this is one of the nice /Clean stores in Brooklyn. iSiTWooT
