It took me over an hour to receive my medication at the pharmacy.
And I was being helped by the store manager, so it sadly doesn’t get any better.

This Walgreens is always a mess. Lines are always long at the pharmacy with one cashier. Store desperately needs new management.

Horrible service! No one picks up the phone, they change the music then after a couple minutes they hang up the phone. I will continue to complain because people just need simples questions and it’s very inconvenient to have to leave the house to go all the way there to just ask a question that could have been handled over the phone.

the worse pharmacy in east Flatbush!! Its always crowded with long lines with one cashier, people working there are not very helpful and if you try to get in touch with pharmacy to avoid standing on the long lines- you're on hold for over an hour, phone cuts off and no one picks up the phone. Calling multiple times throughout the day is the same result!.if I can give it ZERO I would!!

DO NOT come here to get any prescriptions filled. Do not call the number for the pharmacy. I have been trying to speak to a pharmacist and someone keeps picking up the phone and putting it on hold! This has been happening for about an hour.

Called twice both calls were over 30 mins and they just kept picking up and putting me right back on hold. After 40 mins the call hangs up.

ABSOLUTELY WORST WHEN TRYING TO CALL!!! They keep pick up the phone then put you on hold immediately without saying anything. It’s a reason why we’re calling, my doctor sent a prescription weeks ago and all they keep saying there’s a delay nothing else!
