I went with a QR code stating to return to Walgreens or fedex cashier tryna to help me was confused so the so called manager came and told me she can’t take it when it clearly said to return to Walgreens I just left because I know no1 wants to work now a days sad but true

I come to pick up prescriptions all the time. The pharmacist Crista seems to be nasty with all the technicians back there especially if not mistaken the manager in the pharmacy. She talks to her any way and she does it in front of the customers not knowing we can hear everything. She is very nasty to all of them she doesn’t know how to talk to them. She needs a training on how to treat her colleagues and customers. Seen so many encounters of her being nasty to customers and her colleagues. Can this get sent to corporate? Techs are just overwhelmed you can tell but pharmacists makes no better

First of all, the pharmacy techs are rude and incompetent. They clearly do not care about the customers. They act like they don't want to be there. They had me wait almost an hour for my prescription to be filled when my dr. Sent it to the hours before. They rarely pick up the phone. Each time I go there I see another dissatisfied customer

NO STARS. Everything they say in the reviews are real. Ive called just to find out about covid testing. They literally pick up and put you back on hold. The pharmacy doesnt answer phones. Idk but this branch is absolutely awful ESPECIALLY THOSE IN THE PHARMACY. Sucks cuz it’s now the only pharmacy in the neighborhood. At least Rite Aid they’d answer. So curious what they get paid to do then‽

Made a trip on a Saturday night (9:15 pm) to be told by Security staff that the store was closed. Sign clearly states open until 10 pm. Please update door signage and website.

They are the worst’, pick up the phone and hang it back up! The lines are long, one person be work the register . I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to no one!

There used to be a Rite Aid in this shopping center. When they went out, Walgreens moved into the corner spot. It was nice to have a new pharmacy in the neighborhood, but things went bad quickly. Today, it looked like a dump. Entire four foot sections of shelving either completely empty, or a total mess. Floor was filthy. Only one cashier up front. What’s the point?
The employees, who turn over quickly, never seem very interested in customer service. And because all the merchandise is locked up (not entirely their fault, I suppose), you have to press a button and wait for someone to come and unlock the item. And wait. And wait. Normally, after 5 minutes I just leave. Because even if you do acquire your item, you then have to wait in a very long line to be served by their one cashier. Infrequently, two. So, very frustrating. When I have a headache and I am out of Tylenol, I prefer the pain in my head over the pain in the neck I get when I deal with this store. Accessible ♿️.

I had my meds sent here, but quickly realized that was a bad idea, I can’t even get them on the phone, the reviews you see by other people are valid, I asked my doc to send them somewhere else. I could hear the person picking up and putting the line back on hold. This pharmacy is a discredit to the neighborhood

Very bad staff so rude don’t know anything about the products and specially worker on the register name Madison she is illiterate and don’t know how to talk and disrespectful and has do much attitude. I suggest don’t go to this store because they can be rude to you also. Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy staff is incompetent at best and some specialize in rudeness.
Save yourself the aggravation and fill your prescription elsewhere. CVS is on 10204 Flatlands Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11236
