I’ve had more than one experience here where asking for help was met with attitude or condescension. It shouldn’t feel like a favor to get basic assistance. Respect and professionalism are lacking.

I hardly ever post reviews, but this is one of the in store experiences on a regular basis. The only plus is that they have a parking lot, but this is completely negated by the excruciating waits for medication and at the cashier. My medication was ordered and supposedly ready today, but lo and behold, there I waited for 30 minutes. Then another several for the medication to be found and the medication mixed. A huge line in front of me and behind me with ONE cashier at the pharmacy. Two managers in the front doing absolutely nothing who I approached about the long lines stated that they are “busy” and there was nothing they can do. Then gave a sarcastic “have a nice day”. This is not a one off, it’s all the time. Today last straw and will never go back.

horrible experience here because of the cashier. pale guy with gray hair and an accent was extremely rude and has no decency of how to address customers. also refused to give me his name because he knows he was in the wrong - he was yelling infront of her other customers. will not be returning here, awful experience.

This location is good with items you may need. Deals are worth it. Line is infamously always too long. Don’t expect a “run in, run out” visit. Staff is 50/50 some kind, others down right rude.

Used to be good. Downhill in the past few years. Wait times are insane. Pharmacy does not seem to accomplish basic pharmacy functions. You are left waiting 30 min in line for prescription. Definitely leaving the pharmacy for a smaller one.

Worst Walgreens ever. Always one cashier and the line for the smallest item takes 30 minutes. Unreal.

Horrible customer service, 1 cashier for a line of 10+ to check out. Employee’s have no urgency to help out. Management 0 urgency to help. Too busy laughing and breaking up boxes.

Horrible customer service. Store manager has nasty attitude, big time!
Always only 1 register is open while there is an endless line to check out! Poor management

Store is clean and convenient being 24 hours, but there is a severe shortage of staff, as there is often only 1 cashier and 10 people on line waiting to pay throughout the day. Would not come if short on time and convenience is a priority.

The folks who staff this dull, lightless, misery are sullen and sometimes rude, both in the ludicrously understaffed pharmacy and at the register, which is never without a 20-minute line. If you want to buy something, chances are that it's locked up or out of stock.
Is this big-chain pharmacy worse than others? Yes, actually. Even the Rite-Aid next door (whose shelves are 90% bare) is a breath of fresh air.
But, don't blame anyone who works here. They're all underpaid, stressed out, and exploited as slave labor by Walgreens/Boots. A quick look at NASDAQ: WBA reveals the reason: $15/share as of today. Of course, top executive salaries range from $5-14 million/yr, so maybe they should cut those before further cutting the vital services they routinely fail to provide.
After all, what value are these executives providing if the stock is down by 50% this year alone? Let's replace them with chatbots.
TL;DR, don't support these guys. Let them go bankrupt. I switched to a local non-chain pharmacy and you should too. Well wishes to all the people who work here.

No matter how many times they text or phone you, your prescription is NEVER ready and you have to wait up to a half hour while they "package" it. You can complain and they laugh at you and tell you to go to another pharmacy if you don't like it. I did and when I tried to transfer my prescriptions, they "lost" half of them. They should lose their license to handle medications
