This was possibly one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The store “manager”, Temur, needs to be relieved from his duties immediately if you want any real chance of this store branch improving.
I placed an order (4/18/25) through the Walgreens photo app as I’ve done many times in the past. However, I’ve never ordered to this location, but unfortunately, my usual store’s printer was out of service. I came on (4/25/25) to pick up my order that was ready and they spent more than 5 minutes searching for my order to then proceed to tell me that even though it says “done”, they can’t find it anywhere. During this time, the manager, Temur, tells me that I can place another order and it won’t be ready until tomorrow (even though Walgreens advertises prints and posters as same day orders within an hour). This was an inconvenience as it wasn’t my fault as to why the prints weren’t there, but I decided that this was the best option.
Fast forward, I receive an email that my prints are ready and I go to the store to pick them up (yesterday, 4/30/25). I finally receive my prints after waiting some time (clearly a faulty organization system). I look at my posters and immediately notice food stains on them. I tell the employee at the register and they get the manager, Temur. He comes and tells me that there’s nothing wrong with them and I can just “clean them up”. I assure him that I refuse to pay for something that is clearly dirty and if he can reprint the posters for me. He then proceeds to get an alcohol wipe to show me how easy it is to clean the poster. In the process, he smears the ink and ruins the poster even further (images attached). I ask him if he can now reprint the posters and at first, he tells me no, until some of the employees try to convince him on my behalf as it shouldn’t take that long. Temur decides that he can reprint them, however, they won’t be ready until tomorrow. At this point, I’m fed up as it’s been over a week and a half since I’ve tried to successfully get these posters printed and I decide that it isn’t worth the back and forth.
For context, I’ve worked retail in my early 20s and I’m unsure how or where he got his training and experience from to become a store manager, but there’s clearly much to be desired in his performance. There was a lack of patience, lack of empathy, just a general disregard to the customer that I don’t think he even deserves the title of manager. I hope Walgreens is able to follow the right course of action so nobody has to deal with such an individual again.

Day manager nasty always screaming at the help for being late etc swears curses
They banned my home health aide no big deal from the store because he had to come back after doing a 13 hour shift this is the only store that in 2025 that claims they can't email or text
Someone should them AMAZON HAS A PHARMCY THAT DELIVERS

The pharmacy staff is terrible at this location. They refuse to answer calls and even requests from other pharmacies. If you are dependent on any medication, avoid this place at all costs. They seem to be in the business of death and destruction, not healthcare.

I came to do passport picture, my request was “I don’t care about printed copies, I just need Digital!!!! copy”
He said to wait 30 minutes, because he has stuff to do in Pharmacy. Ok, I came back in 30 minutes.
We did couple of pictures, I repeated my request, he said OK, but I will get printed pictures anyway. I don’t care, I just needed digital copy!
I got my printed pictures and he said that I should get digital copy a bit later.
I got it, and it is JUST A PHOTO, it’s NOT PASSPORT PHOTO!!!!!
Digital copy means that I supposed get digital copy of my passport picture!!!!!
Sent me my passport picture!!!!

This location is horrible.
Made a photo order 9:30AM it was supposed to be ready at 12:30PM…. I showed up at 5:30PM for the Walgreens assistant to give me attitude and tell me how it wasn’t ready and maybe an extra 15 minutes.
It’s 9PM I still didn’t get any update that the photo order is ready.
You should work on your customer service

Needed eye drops. A stock fellow helped me immediately, unlocking the case. Told me the cashier up front would scan my OTC insurance card. Went up front, said good morning and was ignored by the cashier (mid 60s). No eye contact. Asked if she could scan my card. She said no and looked towards the following customer. She acted as if she did not want to be there, and made me feel the same way.
Two stars instead of one for the fellow who helped me obtain the eye drops, which I left on the counter. Never ever to return.

Literally the worst. They keep you on hold and when they do answer they don’t speak. I understand they close at 7 but to clear our ur register and the count your coins for your register while a patient is on the phone is super unprofessional. Coupled with the fact that they keep you on hold and then say hold on and put you back. I understand they close but I called 30 min before and then they keep you on hold for 20. It’s all nonsense. Please go somewhere else

I am literally walking into the store at 9pm.to pick up a prescription that is waiting there for days! I get to the counter at 90:2 pm, all the phamacists are there. I explained that I work 1 hr away, i live 5 mins away. I leave home at 6:15 in the morning for work and leave at 8pm, and no one even have a conscience to say okay we will help. Where is your empathy and care for human life? Do you prefer if someone drops dead for not having their medicine?.then again it's just a job!

The worst pharmacist and staff. It’s very frustrating that such big company has extremely unprofessional pharmacist and has nasty attitude if the pharmacist looks like that imagine their District manager or Company vice-president. How they are behaving looks like.Unbelievable
