This place actually piss me off the workers are super rude and I'm not even gonna hide the fact that when I was purchasing a card they didn't even activate my card, that was money down the drain and it was like buying air like are we joking they don't even allow exchanged, refund, returned like this actually makes me mad.

I want to give the highest compliment to pharmacists Diana, Catherine, and Elyse. They are truly outstanding—always informative, patient, and thorough in explaining medications and possible side effects, which is especially important since most of the prescriptions I pick up are for my children. They consistently take the time to answer every question with kindness and clarity. Beyond their professionalism, they are warm, welcoming, and make each visit a positive experience. They know me, they remember my family, and they make something as routine as picking up medication feel easy and personal. Having such caring and knowledgeable neighborhood staff like Diana, Catherine, and Elyse is an incredible comfort and a true gift to the community.

Great experience at Walgreen's today. I withdrew $300 from their ATM, but later only found $240 in my pocket. What the hell happened? I went back to inquire, expecting I'd be laughed out of the store. The first guy I approached tried to help but had to hand it off to a second guy, who said he'd call his boss. I asked that he call me if he found out anything. While writing out my name and number, a third guy approached asking what happened. Once I told him he reached into a drawer and handed me sixty dollars, explaining that I left it in the tray of the ATM machine! Feeling really dumb, I thanked them and left. I was so frazzled I didn't think to ask what their names were. BUT EACH PERSON TOOK ME SERIOUSLY AND DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO HELP, AND I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT! THANK YOU ALL SO SO MUCH!!! YOU NOW HAVE A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

One of my gripes with this pharmacy is they never EVER answer the phone. Someone will lift the receiver at the pharmacy, never saw anything, and immediately place you on hold for 11 minutes and then disconnect the line. Not sometimes but EVERY TIME!! It’s so ridiculous. A friend told me to move my rx to the pharmacy further down in the 80’s on 13th Avenue and have them deliver. That will be my next move. The service is really lacking. There are two women working there who are a pleasure but someone needs to man the phone.

The cashier’s service wasn’t good and he kicked me out of the store today. He also cussed at customers I think you need someone to talk with him I don’t think he went to school how can he talk bad word to the customers like that if your company keeping him work at your Walgreens your company will lose all customers.so bad service.

I've been a loyal customer of Walgreens for over 5 years at 13th ave location. When I picked up the medications today for my husband and my son, the clerk/cashier in the back of the pharmacy gave me a attitude when I asked the OTC name. It seemed she is sick/tired dealing with the customer (I know it is a long day, but who doesn't). And when I asked the employee for the OTC medication which was locked, the two staffs in the front (one of them maybe is the manager) gave me a disgusted look, keep telling me the pharmacy is on the back. If she doesn't know what is OTC, she shouldn't be the manager. The staffs at the location need to do better training.

The cashier gave me a wrong prescription yesterday even though I mentioned the medication. The manager was so rude to me telling me with anger that I can’t get the medication returned. I got that but I didn’t get at least an apology for giving me a wrong medication. And why she was so rude to me when in the meantime I was the victim. I am deleting this pharmacy as my preferred service. I don’t want to be treated like this and I don’t deserve it.

Pharmacy is terrible. I went to pick up medicine for my mom, they said there is nothing for her. I came back home and in couple of hours my mom get a phone call from them stating that today is a last day to pick up here meds otherwise they will send it back. When I asked lady on the phone how did it happen that couple of hours ago there was no meds to pick up and now we have to drop everything and run back to pharmacy if we want our meds.. she just ignored the question.. crazy unprofessional and rude.

There’s a really rude cashier there. She’ll act like she’s on break or something but will be standing at the cashier like she’s taking customers. She was rude to me and then continues talking to her coworker like i wasn’t there. It’s literally just this cashier who isn’t nice. It made me feel like i was the one inconveniencing her while I was trying to PURCHASE STUFF FROM HER.
