Literally garbage, printed a label out bad for a Fedex drop off just to send me to “home location” to explain the situation why they cant print me out a normal label to send back, why even bother offering the service.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. See, Walgreens service is awful as it is. I was calling the number the rep on the website gave to me, the store number, since this is the store that I ordered my same day delivery from. The woman tells me to call back and then when I call back she says that she doesn't have my last name but then says that she has my order so when i asked her a question she hung up on me. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I've never had worse customer service in my entire life.

nah this one lady that works here is weird as hell coughing all over the toothbrushes without covering her mouth then stared at me all bug eyed and looked me up and down tryna grab one after I said pardon 😭😭😭

Avoid this Pharmacy Department like the plague.
This Walgreens pharmacy is an absolute disgrace to the healthcare system. The people working here are, without question, some of the most irresponsible, incompetent, and careless human beings I have ever encountered. They move slower than a snail, constantly lose prescriptions, “forget” to process orders, and act like you’re bothering them just by showing up.
If there were an award for the most useless and heartless pharmacy staff, this Walgreens Pharmacy Department would win it hands down. I wouldn’t trust these people to feed a goldfish, let alone handle anything related to healthcare.
Do yourself a huge favor: never, ever come here. Warn your friends, your family, your neighbors, and especially anyone vulnerable — because this place will treat you like garbage no matter who you are or how badly you need help.

Horrible service. They refuse to take my return even after I had a receipt. The “manager” was very rude and told me he doesn’t care about my issue. Would not recommend. Disorganized and immature.

Got a call from the pharmacy to pick up prescription I called to confirm the night before and was told I can pick up medication. Upon arrival I was told my medication was delayed for a few days I wasted time and gas to drive there for no reason! Unprofessional and no one knows what’s going on !

Dirtiest side walk in the neighborhood. Piles of trash outside since OCTOBER and no one bothers to clean it up. I’m talking about the whole corner not just Coney Island Ave but around to Lancaster Ave as well.
