I never thought I’d leave a review for a Walgreens but I waited over 15 minutes for assistance to get the toothpaste unlocked and no one ever came to assist so I left. Someone else nearby had been waiting longer than me for vitamins and also left. That is 2 sales lost. Why have everything locked up if you don’t have enough staff member ready to assist people?

Horrible on hold for over an hour and then disconnected. When calling to enquire about meds, placed on hold and never got through. The absolute worst EVER!

I have had many perceptions filled over the years but during Covid they refused to fill a prescription for Ivermectin. If a doctor gives a prescription it's their job to fill it and not give me a story as to why I can't have it. That was the one issue I had with this pharmacy. Other than that I have been able to get all other prescriptions. To the most part the staff has always been friendly.

Just tried to run in real quick, for cough drops and the door is already locked..it's 8:53.. The store closes at 9pm

Their pharmacy closes at 5:59 PM not 7 PM as they advertised online. We had an emergency prescription called in this evening- went to pick it up at 6 and the gates were down. They said "read the signs outside" but clearly they need to update their online hours.

The pharmacy customer service is ABYSMAL. Different person at the counter every week that do not even greet you until THEY are ready, let alone actually help you. This place has gone down hill since they reduced their pharmacy hours.
Good luck getting your script filled if you work a 9-5 as the pharmacy closes every day at 6 causing me to RUSH home to get it and only open half the day on weekends.
Co sta toy being out on hold here, avg wait time 15 minutes, and the gentlemen on the phone literally hung up on me because he “had a lot of people waiting in line” even though I also waited 25 minutes to speak to these amateurs.

My doc has sent over multiple prescriptions for me to this pharmacy just for the pharmacy to "lose" them. They also aren't organized enough to order medication. For a week I was told that my prescription would be in the next day and then the next and then the next. I get it. Medication is hard to come by in America as the system sucks but my biggest issue isn't with the employees it's with the pharmacist. He constantly violates HIPPA. By this I mean he will shout your date of birth, prescription and what you are using it for in front of a line of people. I unfortunately had my doctor send a script over to this pharmacy by mistake after I made a switch and boy it has been a STRUGGLE to get anything filled. I'm not sure if it's honestly just that Walgreens as a company sucks or what because my scripts that take months here take maybe 3 hours max at Costco. This walgreens also had many of Times signs up about being understaffed so they closed multiple days. Maybe if Walgreens decided to pull their heads out of their asses they could pay employees well and get a better pharmacist at this location. All the ladies behind the counter look exhausted and like they honestly hate working with him. I'm sure they don't get paid enough. Do better Walgreens.

My wife needed a teething ring. I tried to find out if they had any in store, but getting an actual person on the phone was harder than me watching my wife suck on her pacifier. They also forgot one of her medications when I picked up her pills. She has an ear infection. Like a baby.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Worst Walgreens of them all. They don't even have the full normal opening hours.
