Did a fast company move for us on a short notice; packing included in price, unpacking as well. Prices are standard, crew was fast, quality is superior. Straight "A" for these fellas!!

My husband and I used We Move U.S. this past weekend and we couldn't have been more happy with the job. The three men who arrived were prompt, courteous, and very thorough. They did a great job packing all of our items, which included a lot of heavy items, including a large marble table, several couches, and tons of heavy pieces of decor. Everything arrived to our new apartment intact. No items were broken, either! The movers helped to unpack all the large objects and re-constructed our bed and bedframe in the new place as well. Overall, I would highly recommend these movers!

I was honestly impressed by how diligent they were in wrapping my furniture since I've heard lots of negative stuff about moving companies and experienced some myself, however that part went well and I decided to follow them to the truck to see how things go there :-) to my liking - everything was well maintained and arranged properly and in the end all belongings were in place without any damage; price is fair - not cheap, but LITTLE SECRET: cheaper is almost never better when it comes to moving; so, thumbs up.

1 bedroom apartment move from Williamsburg to Forest Hills. Done in one day. Roughly 7 hours of work all-together with $100/hour rate + I gave them $90.00 tip (30 bucks to each of 3 guys). Everything was wrapped in blankets and wrapped in plastic, which i think is great. I recently had to move twice: 1 work move and 1 personal and used this company for personal move only, however they said that they do office too. Will keep in mind as the process was exceptional.

It's a difficult task to find a professional, efficient, and caring moving company - but I was fortunate to find We Move U.S. From start to finish, they did their job without any inconvenience to me or sales talk tactics of adding hidden costs, and handled my items with the utmost care. They were quick and efficient and delivered everything as promised. My past poor experiences with moving companies was not repeated this time and as long as they're in business, I trust that I'll have nothing but good experiences moving forward. Recommended!

Found them listed in online ad, I was hesitant at the begging but took the chance to use their service. I'm glad I did because they were accurate with their work and very polite staff.

This company seems to operate under many names. They called themselves Best Movers, but the insurance was listed under this business. I use the term insurance loosely. I used this moving company in Manhattan for my boss. I should have been smarter because they were rude from the beginning. They showed up and right away said they needed an additional 500 dollars. My boss had money stolen from a desk that was moved and all kitchenware including small appliances, dishes and stemware never showed up. After the move, they would not answer emails, hung up on me as soon as I said who I was, and then blocked all numbers from which I called. I called their insurance company's "contact" J Levine. He barely spoke English-he first confirmed that he was J Levine and when I told him who I was, he said he was not J Levine and then hung up. I traced the call to a home on Staten Island which is associated with ten individuals. The moving comany's phone number seems to be associated with several moving companies, all of which seem to be shady. Make sure when you use a moving company to get an onsite estimate--which is the law--also get a contract and thoroughly check their certificate of insurance.

I moved with with WE MOVE U.S. , Great Rate Great guys I made a move from Far Rockaway to Miami . I through it was going to be a disaster because the price was pretty reasonable ( I moved before had a horrible experience ) I relocate often due to the nature of my work . To my surprise I was very happy with their expertize I will never use a different moving company , Thank you to Arthur and all the staff at WE MOVE .U.S .

OMG!!!!! These folks are awesome! They moved my BK house to East Brunswick, NJ yesterday all in the same day even though I had tons of items and my sons big piano. I was skeptical in the beginning as the guy who performed estimate at home seemed like he had a problem understanding me, but they gave a flat-rate price that I insisted on and final bill did not deviate from the price offered in the beginning. They were on time and I tipped them 30$ to each of 3 guys, which I guess is normal for this type of move. After all I was satisfied with their work and can recommend to friends if required.

Got these guys through unpakt moving website: received a guaranteed quote after entering ALL the things that I wanted to transport...... Guys arrived within promised two hour window, were done in 3 hours or so. They even dismounted my TV. Overall, great service. Gracias.

Guys did a decent job moving my place: no broken items, no made-up charges. Prices are reasonabe, my final bill was around 700 bucks for a 1-bd apartment. The only reason I give them 4 stars is that they came 1 hour earlier than scheduled and for me proper timing is very important, which cost the crew their tips... yikes. Hopefully I won't need to move anytime soon, but if I will - I'll surely use them again.

I had to share my experience, because this company did exactly what every relocator's WORST nightmare is. I found them on unpakt.com, called them, and found them to be very helpful and able to accommodate my needs. It was a comfortable 3-4 weeks before our move. We were happy. Then, out of nowhere, 12 days before our move, we get an email that they canceled our move. No phone call, no nothing. Just an email. So, I call them -- and was promptly reassured that the cancellation was a clerical error ("I think my secretary cancelled you by accident"), and that he would get back to me. Saturday comes and goes, no call back. So I call Sunday just to check in, and am told that he is out of the office until Monday morning, but he will be back in the office by 9am and will call me first thing in the morning. I confirm that he knows my name, he tells me he doesn't need a phone number, recites the details for my move -- all in all, I'm feeling confident. Monday, 3pm, no call. So I call him and am sent to voicemail (for the first time) and leave a message explaining that I would REALLY love to hear back, given it's roughly 9 days before our move at this point. Monday, 8pm, no call. It is now Tuesday, 6pm -- still no call. Because of this "clerical error", and frustrating inability to return my REPEATED calls, we were forced to book with a different company -- after going through a number of other companies who were booked by this point. This company jeopardized my entire move, and they STILL have not called to apologize or rectify the situation. They delayed my booking a company that actually DOES want my business by 3 days during a peak season and less than 2 weeks before our move. This was the opposite of reliability. Highly, HIGHLY discouraging.
