I have lived in this area for over 13 years…recently my car was involved in a hit and run on my block …I woke up to a destroyed Jeep ..I called this location and let me tell you they were professional…understanding and did an amazing job on my Jeep …when I picked my Jeep up ..I swear it looked brand new…they were nice enough to wash my Jeep on top of fixing the mess that some stranger created ..I would highly recommend this body shop…I will never use another mechanic in this area again ..never ….my vehicle was even done early due to a trip I was scheduled to take …Thank you Well Done for doing such an amazing job ..it was clear to me it’s not about the dollar ..it’s about the service…..it’s very rare that a female drops a car at a mechanic and doesn’t get ripped off …..thats not this place …this place treats you like family and I’m glad I found them …Awesome Job??????Service: Body & Trim

I just wanna start by saying I'm completely happy y
There are still genuinely good people in the world including these guys here. It is extremely difficult when you find yourself in these situations you never think your gonna find yourself in. When you do you panic and sometimes dont know what to do so making a decision like picking the right place for a person like me who has no idea or knowledge has to learn from the internet. I decided to go local it was a last minute decision.
After doing several quotes and being told it was gonna be 3k and some guys telling me " go through insurance" or " this car isnt worth fixing". You dont know what a customer is going through and to me seeing how many people are just in It for the money really started to get my Hope's down until *que glorious music........ well done auto. I came here late at night with little hope left when I met Ricardo. I was embarrassed the time I came, but he didnt hesitate to give me a firm handshake he gave me multiple ways I could fix it told me straight up what to expect and even went out of his way even when I had called a junk yard and found the doors he said " no man hold off I can get them for you for a better price"!!!!!! I was shocked and so pleased that he treated my car even though it is a 2014 with respect. Me and my wife work hard and to feel that level of integrity that he gives was amazing. The repair took a few days and just when you think no more can be done instead of only repainting the doors he did quality work on the entire side of the car for less then others would do!!!!. His technicians are also extremely polite and nice people this is the kind of service every family should have!!!!! God bless you all at well done and thank you again for making me a life time customer !!!!!!.

Great work and affordable prices. Ricardo is knowledgeable, honest and fair with his prices. He is efficient with the work and will have you back on the road and repaired within a reasonable frame of time, depending on the extent of the damage of course, he will complete within an appropriate time. The customer service is below average but the work is great. He will work with you and answer all questions you may have without it being too much for him, as it typically is with this industry.
