Location is next door to a high school, so depending on the time of day it can be a real nightmare to enter. Even at night I stick to the drive-through. Line can be long, but the employees work really hard and always offer a thank you, which I really appreciate. Fries are the best. Baked potatoes are usually available and aren’t bad either.

My favorite Wendy’s since it’s close to where I reside. I usually have the occasional slip up from w Andy’s where they forget something in my order.Which was my fault for outing that much trust in them. Now to avoid that I just check the bag before I leave. They’re usually quick and the customer service ain’t bad as you’d think. Just let them work and it’ll all be figured out. There may a rare time for me when I’ll have to ask someone where my food is. However no real issues from me.They keep inside pretty clean for the most part unless I’ve just walked in with someone finishing up their meal and leaving it on the table. It never smells funky or moldy which is a good sign they don’t use dirty mop heads. +

I ordered a mobile pickup for 7:05 at 6:50. I got there at 7:06 and there was only 3 receipts on the table with none of them setup. Theres one worker leaning against the table behind the counter so i ask her for my order and she tells me to wait as she does nothing. They dont start even setting up my order until 7:15. When the second working finally sets it up, he leaves it on the table even though it’s ready for me to get. I ask for it and he tells me to wait. He then proceeds to take his sweet time to tape the bag closed and tape the receipt. Horrible, horrible customer service and speed. If i order for pickup at a certain time, and it doesnt get set up until 10 minutes after, thats a problem. Mind you, there was only THREE orders they had to set up. 4 more orders got printed but they made THOSE orders before mine. I only ordered 20 nuggets and medium fries, all the food trays were full and cooked.

We sat in the Drive-Thru for entirely too long at the window waiting for our food. Instead of someone coming to the window and explaining that we were waiting for our items due to them running out. We had to honk the horn several times to get someone's attention and ask why we were still waiting. The young lady's attitude was piss poor. Communication is key, it was far from fast food.

this place was horrible. I went in today ordered a baconator and some fries. i went to open the bag at home and turns out it was some type of burger with 2 pattys, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mayo, onions, and pickles? the lady at the front looked lost asl. 0 stars wouldn’t recommend. And its ghetto btw.

The restaurant is usually dirty and the service is a little bit slow since it takes 17 minutes to get the food ready from inside, and 9 minutes for drive-thru, but the food is good enough, I guess.

Just ordered to pickup… I don’t know why I keep giving them chances. The juice taste like soda and sugar… the nuggets was stale, the fries was old. On top they have attitudes when you use the offers online!!

The District Manager During My Stolen Incident Was Prompt In Calling Me And Following Up. However,There’s A Different District Manager There.And It’s Been 11 Days Since The Recent Incident.The Customer Service Representative On The Phone Alleges That The District Manager Would Get Back To Me Within 48 Hours.Well I Know Now That The Service And The Supervisors Isn’t Up To Par.STAY AWAY FROM WENDY’S @ 1601 Utica Avenue @ Avenue H,Brooklyn,NY 11234……12/5/23>On 11/30/23 The General Manager Called Me.I Later Met Ms.Johnson At That Location.Thank You To This General Manager.
