I have been serviced by them several times and they are always courteous and professional. Today I had the pleasure of having Pat whose service was exemplary. She had a wonderful inviting smile, her behavior was very professional, She worked quickly and proficiently and attended to all my needs and even when i kept added on more requests she maintained the same professionalism. I would definitely go back again.

CFSC- 735 Flatbush ave . They're not honest and they discriminate on people. The manager has the nerve accusing me of trying to steal $2 from the lottery machine, as if it's impossible for them to need the $2.00 more than I do. I cashed a $10 ticket from them Monday, after buying a $5.50 metrocard, I went to the self-serving machine and purchased a $2.00 ticket. The ticket didn't come out. I called one of the 2 cashiers for help. She claimed she has no access to the machine but she will inform the manager which will call me to let me know when to come back to get the $2.00. I never received any call, but since I was in the neighborhood again today, I checked them out to ask for my $2.00. The same mean cashier, who by the way couldn't look at me on the face, told me that the manager didn't find any ticket in the machine. Which means I was trying to scam them for $2 .00. Really? Why go after $2.00 when the ticket prices go up to $30? I have never felt so humiliated as other people were looking at me probably thinking they were right. Shouldn't she check the store camera to verify if I was lying? Why didn't she bother calling me back? Because it's just $2.00, it doesn't worth it. It's just easier to accuse me of stealing. That is plain disrespectful. I guess since that other mean woman put the ticket slot out of order so no one else can use it. The manager probably felt she lost a couple of bucks and she decided to keep my $2.00. You all can have it. I'm a giver. I sponsor a lot of charities. Visit my website chricha.com. well, the manager asked me to update my review... previous i gave 1 star because of how long it takes to get out.. apparently she assumed the process here has become faster... so i advised i would do it after 3 more times coming here.. so here i am on my third visit.. 1 time i came here it was pretty fast getting in and out... here i am on a Wednesday morning... standing in the same spot in line, no movement for 15 minutes... now i cant say whether its the employees fault or the customers.. but.. i know it should not take me 30 minutes to get out with only 7 people in line. now there are other customers in line getting pissed off...

I had a good recommendation to use CFSC #10 in Milwaukee but was highly disappointed and would not use them again. I ordered Mexican pesos 12 day's before my trip and was took they would be ready in 3 days. I waited 5 and went to pick them up up only to be told there was a problem and I would have to call the manager. It turned out the clerk made a mistake and did not enter it properly. When I finally got my pesos I discovered they charged me and extra $10 to ship the right amount of pesos. It was not my fault they didn't do it right the first time. It was not fair to charge me an extra overnight shipping fee. I got apologies but no justice. Take your business elsewhere.

This place is a total disaster. On Broadway they have the 24 HOUR place, walked in 11:40 PM, 3 tellers sitting by windows but told me I need to wait till 12 o'clock because shifts are changing. Ridiculous!!!!!!!
