My experience was good but yesterday a man work there make something very rare .my husband send money to santo domingo for family emergency . The money now someone cashing from other Western Union. They aren't responsible for the money .I sure. they are somone taken . If Western Union is serious and responsible like bank return to us. We sacrificed saving to years collecting this .

I am a frequent customer of western. But the attention I received today by a girl named Michelle I'd from operator 612040, was lousy to say the least. Badly educated, a very bad way of expressing himself and 0 customer service. They should train their staff better thanks

A lady worked here with Racism attitude and deny my service today . She was busy with someone on FaceTime and not listening or what I need . Anyway I never will go that place . I wish I could see her Name tag
