It doesn't make sense how they have five windows with one worker? I been in line for over a half hour. This young lady needs help and it's ridiculous. I know you see us in these cameras while you sit at home. Do us all a favor.... HIRE THE PEOPLE BACK AND STOP being cheap on labor. Smmfh

The service here sucks. The cashiers talk way too much, even when completing transactions for customers and dealing with their money. And, sometimes the line is so long you'll find yourself standing outside the store. You guys need to do better.

Went in to cash a check that I just received from my job and the guy (with dreads) told me that I couldn’t cash my check because it’s been 7 days. It’s a pandemic going on and your telling me I can’t cash a check that I got 7 days ago !! He didn’t even bother to give me a number. There was a woman ahead of me that also got frustrated and LEFT. Very unprofessional won’t be going back in there. The worker didn’t even have on the proper apparel. Good luck to anyone that goes there while he’s there

I am writing about my experience this afternoon at one of your locations in Brooklyn. (1772 Ralph Ave Ste B) I came to the store to send some money and because of the COVID situation I was wearing a mask. The store has a thick plexiglass between the customer and store representative, so I spoke a little closer to the glass so that the representative can hear me. The representative told me "You don't have to speak so close to the glass! I can hear you!" The representative then turned to her co worker and said to her "I don't know why they're speaking so close the glass. I don't need to smell their breath. Thank God for these masks because 'whew'." She's saying this all while I'm in front of her. I didn't engage with her and went on with my transaction. I found the representative's response absolutely disgusting. And while I was dealing with my transaction, her co worker on the other hand was yelling at a gentleman next to me who didn't seem to speak good English and was having a hard time understanding her. Something needs to be about the employees who work at this location. It has always had a bad rep for terrible customer service. The workers were even discussing how you need patience to work here and that one of them was explaining how she's planning to leave after completing 12 months at that location. I would like for someone to address the problem at this location! Thank you.

I have no word to explain my experience with a company operating on US soils like WU, but I will do the best in few words. 1st thing, there are several other options to send and to receive money. Use them instead. I went to WU store in Brooklyn, NY (Glenwood and Ralph Ave). The women working there are so rude than a customer opted to give up on his transaction. When it was my turn, the same woman continued to be rude, extremely rude and turned her back to me and said: "Good bye Sir". I said to her I am not leaving and wanted to speak to her supervisor. The woman that appear to be a "supervisor" came to a different window and said I don't want to hear anything from you except to complete your transaction and started complaining to herself about her salary and she is not getting paid for that, etc…. I was stunt. I cannot understand how a company like that is still in business and they are still getting away with it….. They do not deserve... really, any star but since the post cannot be posted if there is no picked star so I selected one star otherwise a "E minus" is all the they deserve.

Do yourself the favor and never go here. The women who work here are extremely rude. They all have attitudes. It's not anyone else's fault but your own that your a Western Union clerk. If you hate your job, change it. They're in dire need of new staff and management. It's so sad.

Please be aware that on Saturdays they don't close at 8 like google shows, they close at 6:45 and times that show 9 they actually close at 8:45

Very long lines. And they services sucks. Their was one time I had a bad check in which they cashed for me Although they shouldn't be doing that, I was kind enough to take in the original check from my job back to their location explaining the whole situation of the bad check(August of 2016). As of now(October 30) I just walked back into the store and their telling me, The check from since August has just bounced back. The teller explains to me that their boss has now updated their system as of the 27 of October that my check has now bounced back. So basically me taking in the original check didn't solve anything. I asked who can I contact and she replied she is calling her boss, I waited for about 2hrs And she finally says she can't get through to their boss because he's not picking up his phone(very unreliable).After all the time I had spend trying to resolve the issue I had to leave without cashing my check. Please think twice before stepping foot into this location have a nice day.
