JENNY I have had an interactions with you 2 times and both times you have been VERY unprofessional VERY UNPLEASANT to talk to. You need to find a new job that doesn't require you to work with people.

Everything I need in one store. Clean and well stocked. This store looks much better now. Thanks.

Most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever encountered. Go someplace else if you can. At least 85 characters, why? Quality over quantity. Always.

Terrible. Both my mother and I have been trying to contact the pharmacy from 10 a.m to almost 530 p.m to no avail. After work I went in to collect my 72 year old mother's prescription, stood in line for over 20 minutes only to be told the prescription was not ready yet (even though they've had the prescription sent to them since Thursday, today is Tuesday.) I expressed to the representative that we've been calling all day and that I just wasted time coming here and standing in line, and her response to me was "apparently". I will discontinue shopping and using rite aid because this is unacceptable.

I just despise this place so much. Been coming here for over four years because it's the only option in the neighborhood. Service is slow, staff are inattentive and rude. I wonder if the working conditions just suck beyond belief because I have never had a positive experience as a customer here, not with a single employee.

I walked-in to the pharmacy at 1679 Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn to get a flu vaccine for my daughter and myself as I have done in previous years. The pharmacist on duty was not helpful. He asked me if I had an appointment and when I said "no", he said I needed to make an appointment online, although there were very few customers in the pharmacy. I tried to make an appointment online for the same day because the website noted there were still appointments available; however, after completing all the necessary paperwork, there were no appointments for that date and the next available appointment is more than a week away. Additionally, it did not seem possible to schedule my flu shot and my daughter's flu shot at times that were close to each other. The pharmacist also failed to tell me that Rite Aid has walk-in appointments from 2-3pm on weekdays. Unfortunately, this time frame does not work well because my daughter is in school during that time. This is a neighborhood Rite Aid and it should be accessible to all patrons in the community. The pharmacist should encourage customers to get important vaccines like the flu vaccine, not turn them away. I was very disappointed with the service. I will not return to Rite Aid to get any vaccines and I also plan not to shop at this Rite Aid again unless absolutely necessary.

All hours, day or night, this place is a lifesaver. Cashiers tend to be slow though and it's near impossible to find someone walking around to help you

For a place that's open 24 hours. They are never stocked. I been in here a few times and this has always been the issue. I don't understand how they can operate or are still in business when they don't have much.

This pharmacy is pretty spacious with lots of items to choose from ranging from snacks to household essentials. It's difficult to come here and stick to the agenda of items you intended to get. There are self check out stations with reusable bags available for purchase. The staff here are helpful to an extent. Definitely not my go-to local pharmacy but it's not a bad location to come to from time to time.

It's big enough. But missing a lot of regular inventory one comes to expect in Manhattan or other BKLN neighborhoods. Open 24 hours which is good. Staff is nice and does their best. Large fridge selection, but again you'll find plenty of things are missing you'd expect to be there. Similar to the shelves.

With the coronavirus situation, they must be the only ones charging for bags. Government is not enforcing. Also, guy behind counter couldn't be bothered when I asked where peroxide was he told me they don't have any... lies. I won't be going back.

i think i will now be looking for another 24 hour pharmacy. the staff used to be friendly maybe not always the most professional but endearing. now they are just beyond sub par and the new security guard follows people. he tried it with me so he got an ear full. i mentioned it to management and she could care less , she just went back to her group conversation. i told her not to have security hover over me, she did nothing no apology , or anything. however the security guard responded ¨ oh you will know if i am hovering.´´ i do not want to be in a passive aggressive environment or threatening atmosphere while shopping period!!! also rite aid a white passive aggressive security guard in a majority black neighborhood is a recipe for disaster !!!! i would like to say i hope management reads this but if it was the manager from last night shes probably on instagram looking at memes while there are 20 people waiting in line.
