One of the worst places. Employees don’t know what they are doing. They don’t even know how the printer works. 1 person trying to deal with 10 people in the line and she couldn’t figure out how the system works. Be ready to wait at least 30 mins even with only 2 person in front of you.

Staff members are more focused on feeding their children while on the job , I didn’t know western union had bring your kid to work day , this is something new to me . Very very unprofessional.

(1772 Ralph Ave Ste B) I came to the store to send some money and because of the COVID situation I was wearing a mask. The store has a thick plexiglass between the customer and store representative, so I spoke a little closer to the glass so that the representative can hear me. A white man came in with a big pitbull looking dog. He did not say excuse. I got a hit on my bad leg, a leg I could not walk on for 7 months. He could nitnhandle the dog and let go of the leash soon after the dog hit me. I told him his dog hit me hard and it hurt. It hit memwith it's torso while trying to get to the other whitewboss-looking guy and he said it didn't hit me and he has it on video. He never said sorry and now I am left in pain. This place is run by white men with no concern for their customers. I will not go there again. Shameful...

Supposedly 24hrs. Walking at 9pm staff said is closed. I asked this is a 24hrs office when did it changed? She said Wednesday, and walked away totally worst customer service. Thank you for nothing.

The employees are very rude and unmanned. Don't waste my time going there anymore. Went there with my passport for ID, the employee start turning pages looking for god knows what when I already gave him the page with the ID. Disrespectful.

It's is such a shame when people do not under stand what "customer service " mean ..I have gone to this location because it is convenient...but I must say there are some very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND CONDESCENDING PEOPLE at this location..is it that the managing director does not understand that these people are the faces of their business? Well after my experience last week i will not be doing business there and believe me I have gone there religiously for 2 yrs. There are some who are quite polite and decent the supervisor included...but these nasty people with this FALSE SENSE OF IMPORTANCE want to treat hard working professionals as if they are doing us favors ..it is the reverse we are doing you favors by coming there..

These good reviews must be fake. This is the worst western union I've ever been to. The staff are all rude. They don't greet the customers. They are on the phone most of the time while the line reaches all the way to the front door. Western Union needs to retrain their staff on how to be respectful toward their customers. A sour attitude gets you nowhere. If you want to be talked down to, lectured, yelled at and feel like your existence is meaningless, then by all means go to this western union. If not, I strongly advise seeking out a better location.

This is a 24hr check cashing store. If you have the Western Union (membership) card sending money is quick. I have yet to stand in a long line.
