I asked my primary care doctor to resend the other two prescriptions originally sent to Rite Aid by the hospital, over to Walgreens (as Walgreens couldn't reach anyone at Rite Aid to transfer it). But now, my insurance won't process it because its too early. Apparently they believe the prescriptions sent to Rite Aid originally were filled. Today, miraculous, 3:28pm the Brooklyn location (7812 Flatlands ave) answered the phone. The woman I spoke with said I have no prescriptions with Rite Aid. Really??? I repeated my information and told her on Sunday they confirmed I had 3 prescription and i picked up one... she insisted i have no other prescriptions with they're, or any other Rite Aid location. I called Walgreens again and explained what I was told. The pharmacist asked for the numbers to the Brooklyn and Bronx (950-960 Southern blvd) locations. An hour later, Walgreens calls and says "the number in Brooklyn had me on hold for 30 mins and the Bronx won't answer." From Brooklyn, I again have to ask someone to travel to the Bronx location to physically speak to someone. 7:26pm, the woman at the drop off counter says "I see the medication but you have no refills". I never picked up the original prescription so I don't need a refill, I need the original. The young lady asks my friend to step over to the pick counter and ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist says "we needed more information from the doctor, and the doctor never sent it back" Ok, now that we know you have my prescriptions, can you cancel it out of your system so my insurance will pay for it at another pharmacy? Pharmacist says "we never billed it".. Ok, but you seem to be holding it in some way why my insurance thinks I'm requesting an early refill. "tell your insurance to call us if they claim they paid us for it" How? No one answers the phone. The pharmacist then walked away stating she is busy and my friend was too embarrassed to continue to conversation. Now, I need to pay cash for a prescription I never got because the hospital made the horrible mistake of sending my prescriptions to Rite Aid. I'm on other medications and this point, I would never trust Rite Aid to safely fill any drug for me ever. Good Evening Pam, I called the 800 number too late this evening and it was closed. I will call tomorrow as my last resort of getting Rite Aid to please release my prescriptions.

Friendly employees, very friendly pharmacist, fast checkout (either by employees or 3 self-service checkouts). Female cashier "Z" in the morning is very friendly to customers and manager "Frannie" is very customer-focused. Pharmacy lead (I think his name is Mike?) gets prescriptions filled quickly and answers any questions you have, ensuring you leave happy. Highly recommend Rite Aid.

I hate to say but this Rite Aid does kind of suck. It barely have many items I needed stock especially the food aisle. I would go to a different Rite Aid but this is the one closest to the area I was around. I wasn't looking for excellent service or anything but please have more stuff stocked up.

I'm writing this review as I stand on line on a Sunday morning. No matter what time of day you come here there's always a ridiculously long line. Only one register open. The items are overpriced and the wait is long. I only come here when I need an item quickly since it's very close to my home. Other than that I try to avoid it completely.

This is my neighborhood Rite Aid and I've been coming here since I was kid and I've seen MANY employees come and go. Linda is probably the most welcoming and respectful person at the register I've ever encountered here! Keep up the good work!

Unprofessional and rude place. Given merger of Walgreen and done of rite aid stores I went into this thinking it was the Walgreens next door. Got a big attitude from staff like I am an idiot, whereas all they could do was to simply direct me to Walgreens next door.

Tonight, 1/2/19 about 8:30pm I stopped in to see if they had a hair product. After looking for 10 min I ended up asking the staff Ghauda. She was EXTREMELY RUDE & DISMISSIVE. She only got a little nice when I looked at her name tag. She was extremely unprofessional. I'll be going to Walgreens up the block.

This is my neighborhood RiteAid. I find this location to be the best in Customer Service, standards and organization. I always find what I need and when a product I purchased isn't right there no hassle return policy is always enforced. I've frequented the Pharmacy several times and have always encountered professional employees. Its beneficial to become a Wellness Member to receive a discount. With that, RiteAid usually extends discounts to a bigger percentage. RiteAid carries everything from cosmetics to pantry items to housewares. This is my go to home away from home.

I come in here once in a while but not often. This rite aid isn't my store of choice. The store is grouped in a weird way. It usually takes me a while to find what I need because the aisles are set up differently than most drug stores. Anywho, if you come here don't expect ANY help from anyone. Just go in and began searching for what you need !
