it's not the worker's fault. they're terribly understaffed. Lines don't move. getting them on the phone is hard. they try. they really do. but without enough stafff everyone is overwhelmed and customers get angry. I'm angry enough now that I'm changing pharmacies

Useless, employee stating that they aren't able to return a package even though this location is labeled as a designated return place.

This used to be a great pharmacy when it opened. However when another nearby pharmacy closed about a year to two years ago, all of that business came to this Walgreens, and it's really been downhill since then. I have no problem with the staff. I've never dealt with anyone who was unpleasant. But there's not enough people there. There's not enough people in the pharmacy, you are waiting on the phone forever to speak to someone and sometimes they don't pick up. They often seem hurried and rushed, which I'm sure they don't want to be, but because of how understaffed they are that's how it is. When you have to wait in line for the pharmacy, it can be seven people deep. And just the other day I was waiting on line at the front register and it was about 10 people deep into the back by the frozen food. They started to lock up more and more products such as face cream, so when I'm looking for someone to open it I have to walk around the entire store. It wasn't clear that the service button is in the middle of the aisle hidden among everything else. And it wasn't until I found someone to help me and show me that the button was there that I realize I could've pressed it. However even when pressed it still takes time for the one person on the floor to go assist a customer. They need more bodies. I think they're pretty responsive when there is more than four people online, but if they don't have the staff they can only do so much. I just want to emphasize, that I have been going to that Walgreens has been open and not once have I ever had an issue with anyone that works there. The staff does their job, they may not be overly friendly at times, but they're professional, they are not rude to me, they answer my questions if needed, and I have no complaints about the people who are actually staffed in that store. It's just the quantity that is completely lacking.

Pharmacy line always an hour long, useless people who dont care behind the counter, always confusion. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this place.

Pharmacy leaves you hanging and its forever if they pickup the phone. Most of the workers there look like they hate their job.Pharmacist seems to care about and do their job.Manager could use more training in relationship with customers. Most staff is friendly, So I gave it a two star rating reluctantly.Harry C.

This pharmacy is a public health menace. Staff at the counter consists of illiterate disinterested slugs whose contribution makes dealing with this pharmacy dangerous to your safety and health. I was told today that i didn' t have any renewals left on some of my prescriptions, had to come back with the vials to gets renewals. Everything is an ordeal with this place. Will transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy has usually about ten people waiting in line but only one person at the register. If you feel like spending your day waiting here FOREVER despite having called in your refill hours ago, this place is for you ! will change to an online pharmacy!
