I send money from from this location all the time and never had issue but there is one guy asian looking he said his name is Franks this guy always rude and always he ask questions like a police officer and he scred costumers not only me he was rude to my friends also. I think they need to be little polite to costumers because they are not doing it for free. Do not forget we PAY for your service. Today this guy ruin my mood. I dont recomend anyone to send money from this location better you go somewhere alse.

I'm just shocked! I have been sending money through Мesternunion for a long time and have always been satisfied with the service. The last time I sent her to this department. The operator that day was a woman named Russo (if she wasn’t lying, since there was no badge!) and she quoted the price for sending $500 - $12 for transactions. I was very surprised at this price, since I sent money a week ago (to a sick aunt) in Brighton and it was $8 for the same money. I was in a hurry. I didn’t bother to figure out why the price had increased so much. I received a receipt and left. How surprised I was when the next day a man served me at the same branch and I paid the usual $8 for sending. At home, I checked the previous receipt and there, under the stapler, in the resit was the amount of $8. That is, the employee Russo deceived me for $4, obviously taking it for herself! The next day and this was my third visit to this department, I again found an employee named Russo. I asked her again how much it costs to send $500 to Ukraine? And without blinking an eye she named the amount $12. Then I demanded an explanation why on another shift it costs less and in the resit she also indicated the amount of $8.. to which she began to lie to me and it is obvious that the manager is so demanding to send to Ukraine and Georgia with a 3% surcharge (never I understand from what amount 3% will be $4??)
It is quite obvious to me that an employee named Russo is deceiving clients by inflating the transaction amount, and obviously takes the difference for herself? Il. Shares with management? I can only guess how many people were deceived in this department in the same way as I was deceived.
It's a pity.

This location has a very fair review rate. Their customer representative has inappropriate behavior with customers. The employee on the front desk should be investigated for trying to flirt with women customer. It is not customer representative's job to ask if somebody can teach you specific language after the job. They'll try asking you questions like where you were born even when you produced your ID and all information needed in accordance with OFAC rules. Shame on you.

Horrible service. Today I wanted send money to my brother as a wedding gift I went to the location and lady decided by herself I am not allowed do it. I asked her than how much I can send and she said I am not able send at all. At this location personal are always so rude and unfriendly. I think WesternUnion doesn’t care about customer service at all if they do than how possible they let those kind of people work. Never ever recommend go there. Horrible horrible customer service, horrible people, rude unfriendly unprofessional and thy don’t care about how they work. On their face u can read I don’t care if u don’t like my service, anyway I will not get any punishment so I can do whatever I want. Shame to WesternUnion
