Our firm is not located in NYC so we rely heavily on White Glove Transportation to report any damages on our received items to us. They always promptly send photos highlighting any areas of damage so we can relay those to our vendor to be fixed or replaced.
Also, they update their portal with information on when our items arrive. Again, being out of state, we rely on this information to be accurate and updated frequently to keep our project timelines running smoothly. Highly recommend!!

While surprising to pay $4,900 to deliver SOME high end furniture for a 925 square foot apartment we accepted it. The first delivery was going well until a gentleman carrying a small chair took a chunk out of the bedroom door with the leg of the chair. We had the door repaired. The second delivery of a table and media cabinet was irritating when the men wheeled in the media cabinet on a dolly into our apartment right across our custom ivory rug. When they put the media cabinet into place all doors were crooked. When we mentioned it they shrugged. Each issue caused us to have to wait for the company to send their A TEAM to fix the problems the B TEAM caused. For $4,900 every team should be an A TEAM. I asked a few times for a goodwill price adjustment and was ignored. While they were pleasant on the phone they are VASTLY overpriced for the level of service they provide.

I've been in the design business for 30 years and can honestly share - I have never experienced better service than White Glove Transportation - from beginning to end. I am amazed that in today's world, every person I dealt with, went 'beyond the call of duty'. What an inspiration they are!!! I recently found the luxury dining chairs I've been searching for over many years. They were in the home of the owner of a high end design company in New Jersey & I am in North Carolina. I knew the nightmares of damage and the lost merchandise that occurred on furnishings for several design jobs when I used long haul trucking companies. After weeks of research, I found White Glove Transportation. From the moment we connected, the entire staff was so welcoming & comforting. Our interaction gave me much confidence that my irreplaceable chairs would be handled with care. White Glove not only picked up at a residential home, much to my joy - they delivered a day early. Their wonderful driver placed each chair at my dining table in the exact spot desired and made sure everything was right before leaving. Perfection - none better!!

Jimmy and his team at White Glove had my back on a large job i did for a client. Any time i called and asked to get something done, it was done. The move was smooth and seamless and completely professional. Would highly recommend this team as they are thoughtful and caring as well. Really went above and beyond to make things happen when it got really complicated. Love these guys.

We highly recommend White Glove Transportation Services. We recently relocated from New York City to London in the UK. We got a competitive quote quickly from the friendly and professional team. The removals team arrived promptly and carefully wrapped, packaged and loaded all our worldly belongings. We also needed White Glove to store all our household items until we got our new home sorted out. When it was time to ship from the USA to the UK, it was an easy and seamless process. The delivery team in the UK arrived on time and carefully placed all our belongings in the right place. When it came to unwrap all our stuff, we were amazed that each item had been wrapped in tissue paper, then wrapping paper, and then bubble wrap before being placed in strong boxes and crates to ensure everything was safe and secure for storage and shipping. All our furniture was wrapped in paper, sealed in plastic, and then boxed, too. Every single item in our home arrived safely without a single scratch. We've moved internationally four times and the service provided by White Glove was superior by several orders of magnitude! If you're moving (domestically or internationally) and looking for a company you can trust with your home, we strongly recommend White Glove. Thank you to the whole team for making our move so stress-free and flawless.

White Glove is, hands down, the best receiving/delivery company I've worked with in my 20 years of Interior Design. Mary Jane is the best! She went above and beyond to help me when an item for a client came in damaged. They are very thorough with their inspections of the products they receive and look out for their clients. White Glove is the only receiver I am using for my NYC jobs going forward.

We have used White Glove Transportation to receive, store and install furnishings for several design projects. They make that portion of each project so easy. They will inspect products upon receipt and send images if anything arrived damaged. They offer restoration services in their warehouse. They upload photos to an online database so we can log in and see at a glance what is in storage for each project. Staff are always attentive and helpful.
