The kids' shoe selection is fantastic, especially for boys - a refreshing change from the usual emphasis on cute shoes for girls in many stores. The prices are great, and the service is friendly. Although the first pair for my son turned out to be too small, they were understanding and accommodated the exchange when I returned.

I'm not from New York, I actually live in Nevada! But, i've been desperately searching for a pair of the Ultra Mini Platform Uggs and they were sold out EVERYWHERE. I was losing hope until I found this website named Windsor Shoes. I decided to take a chance when I saw they had my size and the color of the shoe I wanted in stock. I'm here to say i'm 100% glad I took that chance and found Windsor Shoes! My uggs took about a week to ship but at every step I knew where my shoes were and tracking my package was made easy. When I got the shoes the packaging and actual shoes themselves were both high quality! Thank you Windsor Shoes, i'm so grateful

Great service! Amazing supportive/attractive shoes! Entire store w focus on quality shoes which so important with all of the NYC walking. Dress shoes, casual, sandals etc. Including brands like Birkenstock, Clark’s, SpringStep, Dansko and more!! Fabulous stock in such a tiny space. And the staff and owner were outstanding!

I went here and sorry to say but service was terrible, the girl with curly hair and glasses was rude like she seemed like she did not want to be there, the attitude was not it. I suggest you go somewhere else cause they were no help, also as soon as you go in they look at you and don’t even say hello… awkward.

My flip flops broke and I had to quickly find shoes in order to get home. I'd never been here before as I live in a different neighborhood . Better than buying online as I discovered shoes I wouldn't have had I not seen them in person. The service was excellent. A very thorough gentleman helped me and he who removed sticker residue from my new shoes without being asked. The selection was pretty good especially for it being the end of the season.

I have taken both of my sons here – now 23 and 19 – for literally all of their shoes since they started wearing shoes. They really know their stuff, and don't be deceived by the size of the store; the stock is incredible. They were great with my wiggly, sensory-sensitive, ADHD boys, and when the time came for each of them to transition to the men's size shoes, we went through that together. These folks, Karla, in particular, will always have a place in my heart and my childrens'.

I have been shopping here for decades, for my son, now grown, since he was a toddler, and myself. The selection is excellent for the size of the store, and they specialize in comfortable, well made shoes, including some that are gorgeous. More than that, the staff actually knows something about feet and footwear, which is extremely rare these days. They take their time, measuring the foot, and working patiently to make sure the customer has something that will work for them. They also have a frequent buyer discount, which is great! I have seen them be patient and helpful to entitled customers who would drive me crazy. I can't imagine why anyone would give them fewer than five stars.

I went into the Windsor adult shoe store for the first time today and got two pairs of sandals. I worked with Manny and he was AMAZING! He brought me cute alternatives when they didn’t have my size and took time to show me the differences between different types of Birkenstock’s. I’ll be back!

I have to recommend this store!Went there to fit baby's first walking shoes and got a professional and kind service.Baby was crawling, petting the shoes, trying to climb on everything and generally turn the store into a playground.They received it with patience and a smile, saying how cute he is.His sizing was a bit funny and they came up with a perfect shoe that fits well, gives him the support he needs, and still with room to grow.I'm very impressed with some creativity they showed to find the right fit and he is now way more comfortable standing and trying to walk than before.Definitely earned a total customer!

The young man provided terrible customer service. I requested to speak with the manager, He claimed he was the manager. He was not receptive in knowing why I felt service needed improvement. Customers shopping experience will determine if you will get a dedicated lifetime member or recommendations. Will never go there again. I have 30yrs of customer service experience and this young man fell short. He definitely needs to learn customer sensitivity.
