I had an amazing experience with wiz collision they fixed 3 of my cars now. The staff were very warm and kind, attending to all my needs. They finished the cars in a timely fashion. I am very happy with their work I would definitely recommend them.

Ever since I first started chatting with Wiz Collision, they were super pleasant. However, when I finally got my car back, I was absolutely floored. Not only did they return it to me with scratches, but they also did a shoddy job fixing the back bumper. My car had been in their shop for 2 whole months, and when I received it back, it was a mess. It was practically brand new when I dropped it off! I pointed out the new scratches and the poorly fixed bumper to them, and they promised to make it right. But I declined their offer, fearing they would return my car with even more issues after attempting to fix the existing ones. Honestly, I don't have much else to say except that they made a fortune off the insurance claim and did very little to actually repair my car. My advice? Steer clear of this shop. You'll only leave satisfied if you couldn't care less about your vehicle.

I used them for the first time and was surprised with their customer service. professionalism. they picked up my car Drop'd off a rental delivered my car fixed like new and clean, I delt with Shia he is an amazing person. always answered the phone and was thru to his ward if you ever need auto collision just make one phone call to shia he will take care from a to z. you will be 100% satisfied

Wiz Collision did an amazing job on my car. They handled everything from A-Z from speaking to insurance adjuster, getting claim approved and dropping off & picking up rental, they did it all! One call did it all going above and beyond in all aspects!
Big shout out to Shulem, Mendy & Shia would Highly highly recommend

Had a wonderful experience with wiz Collision from picking up the phone and calling Shea he went above and beyond coming out to Monsey New York picking up the car and Shulem by handling the claim and I had told them that I need it done by a specific date and he exceeded that and had a done before that day. Overall amazing experience very professional with updates on the car and quick and clean work highly recommended!

Shulem, Shea & Mendy were so helpful and professional from the moment my accident occurred. I received a loaner vehicle within 30 minutes and my car came back perfect within reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!

After a terrible hit & run on my vehicle.

10/10 working with wizz collision, as always. From the moment I was in an accident to the time my car was ready, wiz was there with great communication, friendly service and top quality work.
I couldn't imagine using a different shop and would recommend them to all.

So while my car was worked on i was involved in a accident with your rental car somehow the insurance didn't paid cause there was no coverage so I had to pay out of my pocket what a shame . Wouldn't recommend this shop
