Yael and her team - Tova and Rivky were very helpful, answered all my questions, and important of all - worked quick and efficient.My real estate agent in Toms River - Yosef Segal (great real estate agent if you looking to buy in Toms River or Jackson) recommended me to contact her.Yael and her team were quickly able to start my application and lock me a good rate.Then, during the mortgage process Yael assigned Rivky to handle my application and she was always available by phone and email to answer any question. And if there's something I'm looking at when I get a service from any business I work with - is a quick response. And Yael and her team always responded quick.During the application they communicated on a daily basis with an updates and when needed communicated with my agent and the seller agent and made the process smooth and efficient.When I was reading some reviews about Yael when I started the mortgage process, I saw a comment about her in Yelp saying that she beg to her clients to give her 5 stars and good reviews - guess what! She never asked me to do so.Actually after I got the mortgage I asked if she wants me to rate her 5 stars and the answer was only "thank you". But no one really asked me to do so.So here I give 5 stars. Not because anyone asked me to do so, but because I got a great service and I think she deserves 5 stars.So if you getting a new home, I really recommend work with Yael from FM.

Thank you to FM home loans. They were absolutely incredible. Adina was professional, patient, and guided me throughout the whole process seamlessly. Every step of the way I knew who to call, and my calls were answered or returned usually within the hour. On top of that, Yael kept sending us little gifts to help with our journey in buying for the first time. I cannot speak highly enough on FM! Originally I was going with another lender, and I can honestly say I AM SO HAPPY I CHOSE TO GO WITH FM INSTEAD!!! From a happy and beaming client, Thank You!

Right here is a big big rip off. Will screw you in the last minute and constantly will be changing lenders and rates,big shmak lier... promises everything until she catches you in the hook and all those reviews all made up by her friend or family "cause they bag you to put them 5 star. At First, she's gonna catch you with the smaller rate once contracted is signed and then She'll figure out something else different story and then she will ask another document and then she's gonna tell you hey you know ... the time passed you need to lock the rate or it will expire because they know you r to busy to get those requested docs to get it done and delaying requested documents she will find another excuse to delay your contract. and it will go on on (because they want to collect more info about us to sell to lenders at higher rate so they make a lot of money.Greedy. Bottom line be very careful ...they sell you(your mortgage easy before you know it ...
