Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication in this company. I placed an order for baby formula 6 days / 5 business days ago, their website states they ship all formula immediately with 1-5 day shipping, it has not even shipped yet. I have emailed and left a voicemail and haven’t heard anything back. Out of desperation I placed a second order hoping my first order got overlooked, but no, neither order has shipped. This is highly unprofessional especially when you’re dealing with infant formula, my baby is relying on these orders and I’m now out over $600 with no word from the company, starting to wonder if I got scammed.

Amazing store and the owner. We were refereed to Alex by our pediatrician and couldn’t be happier. He is helpful, very polite and knowledgeable about his products ( which is very important when you deal with any baby’s health issues etc). And the most important thing that you can trust that this inventory are true to brand and not just resold from unknown distributors on random websites! Our “go to” place and we will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trusted and reliable baby food store. Thank you!!🙏🏻

Great store amazing line of products. People at the store are very knowledgeable of the products they carry which is a plus makes it feel like an intimate experience. Wish they stayed open a little later but highly recommend this place

We love this store. All of our friends have been recommending it to us. Biggest inventory of all organic Holle and Hipp products we have ever seen even including Europe. They literally have everything. Extremely polite and patient staff which help you with choosing the best products for your baby.

The store is very clean with lots of baby food and products available. However, the boy who was working when we went was not helpful at all. We have a CPMA baby and it is very important to know which products are dairy free. Since most of the products are in a different language, we relied on his help to pick out the food. It seemed like we were the biggest inconvenience and he was somewhat rude. He claimed HiPP biscuits were dairy free but upon me urging him to double check, he told me they had milk in it. Again, it is very important to relay the correct info about allergens in food products as it can be deadly. Also, no receipt given until I had to “be an inconvenience” and ask for it. I had no idea how much I was paying when he just told me to tap my card. Won’t be returning again.

I definitely loved this place. I went in looking for a goat milk formula. He showed me the different ones that they had and answered all my questions. The store is very clean small, and the person that helped me out was very friendly and very knowledgeable.

Nice, very clean little store with the stuff impossible to find anywhere. They have tons of options on different baby food, toys, food for bigger kids. The owner is very polite and overly helpful, he basically knew the questions I was about to ask and answered them all. Other than food, they have shampoos and shower gels for babies. They provide the instructions for the food, so you don't need to translate.
