Terrible service. America isn't known for great service, but Zara takes it to a whole new level of chaos. Untrained staff, closed fitting rooms, and a single cashier with a 20-person line. This store seems oblivious to Zara's service standards. I urge Zara's higher-ups to address the overall service in America. It's like they have no rules. I couldn't wait my turn; I'm never coming back to this store.

This is the worst service experience I have ever had. An indifferent manager, lying cashiers and the person in charge of the fitting rooms treated us with disdain and a terrible lack of courtesy. After we checked on the company's website about a certain product if it is indeed in stock. It turned out that it was in stock. When we arrived at the store after 40 minutes of driving, it turns out that all the employees know the product but don't want to help us find it. And more than that, they lie to us, and find excuses that they don't have an iPad with which they can check if the product is actually in the store. After a short argument and insistence on our part, it became clear to the sellers that they do have an iPad to find out... and they do have the product in stock. I will definitely not return to the same store, I think the level of service does not rise on the same scale as the quality of the store, the products and the Zara brand. Thanks to one lovely guy who did come to help us, his name is: Glick is just a cannon guy and without him it would have been much more difficult for us.

I kindly request the management to train the employee with manners, and ask her speak more professionally with customers (Kaif, sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly) . I believe anyone would be very upset with their shopping if the employee calls you with their fingers and demands you to put the cloths on the other table after I suppose I left them on a wrong table after tried them on fitting room. I’ll still be happy to help you “with your work” if it was asked kindly, the other employee (male) understood it immediately, and told me it was okay to leave it on the table. I just asked her name, didn’t make a big deal out of it, I believe if I said something, I’d be beaten by her )))

I usually don’t even do this, but I’ve visited Zara at Kings Plaza around 730 on Friday. I proceeded to walk in the fitting room to try on a few items, when a security guard came and told me that the fitting room was closed (mind you there wasn’t any sign or any indication hinting that it was close.) As I am exiting the fitting room with my mother, another older male security guard (I’m assuming by his suit) that appeared to be in his late 60s came yelling about the room being closed and us not reading the sign and following directions. Therefore, my mother asked him to show us the sign he was yelling about. He showed us a banister/rope that was supposed to indicate that the fitting room was close, we then let him know that the rope was not fully in front of the fitting room entrance closing it off. He proceeded to yell until the first security guard that had approached us informed him that we were correct. When I say, never again! Zara I love your store, but you need to hire better employees or at least retrain. And also if the store doesn’t close until 9 PM why is the fitting room close at 7:40. Make it make sense. Thank you.

The worst Zara I have ever been to in terms of returns, Customer Service, and merchandise. I’ve interacted with two managers, and they also had attitudes. Just not a great experience here always an issue every time I go. It’s one thing to move slowly but your cashiers shouldn’t be having lengthy conversations about their turn-up night when you have a long line wrapped around the store.

While the appearance of this store is nice and decent selection One star is overrated for this location. One hour on line to make a return.

Most terrible organization and customer service!! Waiting 40 minutes on a line for an exchange with only 9 people on like and had to leave. Wasn’t able to make my return and was still no where near the front. They need to do better

If there's negative rating...it is the worst zara I experienced. The staff there are very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I had to ask to get checked out when all of them gathered by the cashier area and chatting. When I asked to check out, she looked and ignore..I had to repeat myself and she were so unwelcoming. Zara management needs to look into this. She is so rude and unfriendly.

The worst zara I have been to. Stopped by to purchase a perfume. I was waiting on the line and the cashier was just talking and didn't care. I had to walk up and ask can I pay here...then this cashier looked..ignore and didn't wana answer me...then I repeat myself and she unwilling checked me out..very unwelcome here..there was couple of people behind me and the cashier was still chatting and ignoring the line..the worst customer service here.zara need to look into the management here. I found her pic on Google. Another complaint about her. Just wow.

Sure great selection, but 45minute-1hour long lines…one line only for purchases another for returns. The second floor only purchases and sometimes doesn’t work. Always the same thing, people confused where to go, where’s the fastest line, and over worked stressed employees that can’t take their lunch breaks on time. 0/10 kings plaza Zara, people love the store, show appreciation to your customers by providing a better customer experience

Extremely slow service. On Sunday there are always more customers than on weekdays and the store must be ready to work quickly. But the staff, on the contrary, makes everything even slower. Shopping has become a pain. I stood in line for one hour. The management is very bad. I do not recommend visiting this store.

The Zara in Brooklyn is completely unprofessional. They had 2 lines and in no way did they have a sign showing there was a line for purchasing and returning. Once I get to the cashier they tell me they can’t help me because I was in the wrong line. I was waiting in line for 40 min. The cashier did not attempt to help me. Just said to wait back in line where they were returning. There needs to be some sort of organization in this location. You are better off making your returns online from the comfort of your home.

Waited on line for about 40 minutes until an employee told me returns are only downstairs . She said she apparently said it loud. You obviously can’t hear announcements over music. Better off going elsewhere to shop/return unless you want to spend hours doing nothing

Was standing on the wrong lines Lines are terribly long started at the entrance and the return and purchases sign is at the cash register. Cashier told me i had to start at the top of the return line again. Pregnant and hungry waiting on long lines to get told to go start over. Unacceptable!!!

I waited in line for an hour just to return. No manager in site. Then the gentleman behind the cash register had the audacity to start ringing up his friends and co workers who all cut the line. The whole line was furious. Ridiculous to wait on line for OVER AN HOUR. Where is your customer service and staff ?
