I booked a reservation to park my vehicle at your facility through the app (Spot Hero). I paid a total amount of $28.75 to park from 10:00am-6:30pm Upon my arrival, I showed the parking attendant my parking pass and he proceeded to ask me how much I paid and that I will be charged an additional amount of $25 for my vehicle. He also stated that it's Spot Hero's fault and it's been an issue. This is very misleading and they are forcing customers to pay an additional cost of something because of a third party company that you're affiliated with. I was unable to get a refund and I am being forced to pay more money. Had I known this upon booking my reservation, I would have gone elsewhere that charged less. No where on the app does it state there will be an additional cost for my vehicle size. They are taking people's hard earned money knowing that the (Spot Hero) app is misleading and not giving correct information. After reaching out someone replyed "We understand that you have been prompted in the past to pay for oversize fees at different locations"... Low and behold this is my first time booking parking through an app. They refused to refund my origianl amount of $28 so I can park elsewhere and the $25 fee and have to use disclaimers about on-site charges on the app and website. Never booking here again! There are cheaper lots around.

First of all the employees who park the cars in this location are very rude. I literally spend thousands renting zip cars from this location every year. Last time I went to pick up my car I couldn't find the car. So I asked for help. The guy who works there told me I need to find the car for him. There's like 100 cars there and a bunch of them parked on the lifts. When I did his job for him and finally found the car he refused to get the car for me. He expected me to go in the lift area and drive the car out myself. This place is a joke. Look at all of the other reviews and you will see that this is not where you want to park your car.

The car was ready to be picked up one time, despite retrieval texts. Impossible to cancel monthly service. Apparently has to be done IN PERSON...while a manager happens to be there....which isn't posted anywhere...and no one knows ahead of time...

Completely ridiculous and unprofessional! I reserved and paid for a spot here with the Spot Hero app. I arrived at the lot at 8:47 Saturday morning to discover the driveway completely blocked and one person accepting cars and parking them in the rising spots. I was barely able to fit into the driveway and not block traffic. After about 25 minutes of waiting like this (and now being 15 minutes late for work already) the attendant finally got close enough to me that I could politely ask how much longer he thought I would need to wait. He yelled back that there were plenty of people waiting who got there before me. So I booked the lot across the street, got the person blocking the road behind me to let me out, and took my business elsewhere!

Their website lists dimensional req'ts and models for what is considered "oversized". Our Honda Odyssey minivan does not exceed the dimensions nor make it on their noted models list. Their attendant didn't want to hear anything about this and told us about their ridiculous +$20 charge for our car bc he said it is oversized. No thanks...scam someone else. (Edit, thanks to Edison for the reply below to my review...unfortunately my car has no after market upgrades / no roof rack whatsoever)

I used this parking once while in the area. I later learned that there early bird price was not the lowest and the service was just OK. The staff was friendly but a little slow at providing service. The parking lot itself is somewhat small so they literally stack cars on top of each other during busy times. Because of this retrieving your car later can take awhile. I was advised by a staff member that I could text them ahead of time and they would have my car ready to drive off once I arrive. However, that didn't happen at all. Prior to leaving for the day I text the parking lot as directed and received a message that my car was being retrieved but when I got there they had not even started the process to get my car from what I could tell. Other customers were arriving steadily to pick up there cars during my wait. Once I paid my fee I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes until I could actually drive off.
