They charged me $1.25 every time I used my card. When using it at a register and when taking cash out of the ATM, they charged an extra $1.25 on top of the ATM fee. I’ve never heard of a bank doing that and I can’t afford an extra $20+ a month just to use my debit card. I also asked for overdraft to be turned off on my account and they told me they did so, then proceeded to charge me $30 for an overdraft fee more than once. They show the $30 as an “ATM fee” from the place that last charged the card. I contacted said place and verified the charge did not come from them. The whole thing is fishy. I’m switching banks at this point.

Excellent credit union. The workers here show great professionalism and make me feel welcome. Tia was a wonderful help when setting up my account and is always a friendly presence.

I used to love this credit union but now I check my account there is always some new problem. Not being informed of check hold is the newest....deposit check and the available balance and the current balance say its all on there but low and behold they are holding half? now I get an overdraft fee and it is my fault that they don't tell you everything! And this is for ALL SUNMARK BANKS! I can't get to a branch that often so i have to do online and NO ONE on the phone helps! I deposited a check once and it said it was deposited into my account and the 4 days later I get a letter in the MAIL saying they couldn't see the image of the check so they TOOK THE MONEY OUT! I WOULD LOVE TO CHANGE BANKS! AND IN FACT I AM REALLY GOING TO START LOOKING NOW! GOOD BYE SUNMARK

Teller says 5 mins for new debt card. Goes on break. Sat un attended for a half hour.. wouldn’t care if they just said half an hour from the jump but don’t set an unrealistic expectation and then just leave

I recently relocated to Rensselaer and will be working for a large manufacturer in the area that is affiliated with Sunmark I choose the Brunswick Branch off Hoosick Rd to open a Checking and Savings account I was impressed from the time I arrived till the time I left .. I was assisted by Bri she was Exceptional and I left with all my Banking needs met . I highly recommend this Branch and Sunmark as Go To for all your banking needs !!!

Most recently we were at the branch to discuss our current auto loan and its automatic payment date. As it is with all of our visits to our Sunmark Branch on Hoosick St., we were treated like friends and provided outstanding service!

I had a great experience at the the Brunswick branch for my first time coming in for service. The member relationship manager Katie and staff there were courteous. I regularly branch in Latham and its undergoing many different changes. I found the Brunswick branch exceptional with getting my needs met with their customer service.

This might be the friendliest bank/credit union branch I've ever walked in to. Very helpful and efficient associates, and the rates on the checking accounts are pretty great, especially for a smaller CU.
