Too expensive, 500$ for my vehicle being at the yard for 8 hours, they also charge you for Saturday and Sunday which they are closed would never go back

Total crooks. If you have to have your vehicle impounded for any reason, beware. Even if you pick up your car as soon as they open, they still charge you for that entire day.

Scott and his team are simply the best! Hardworking, responsible and honest go a long way when navigating a world I know little about! I had my "engine too hot" light flash on and had no idea what that meant (was it a false alarm or was my car going to catch fire) or what to do. I immediately called Superior and Scott said pull over, turn the car off, open the hood but not to touch anything! A tow truck was on its way and arrived quickly! It turns out my radiator was cracked, sigh. The part was ordered and replaced all with the utmost care. Superior Collision was amazing assisting us after our teen was in an accident. They took care of everything from getting the vehicle from the tow company, helping with the insurance, and answering our questions and letting us know what was happening throughout the process. Scott was really great to deal with. Thank you for helping us through a not so pleasant experience but making it so much easier for us to manage. We appreciate everything!

Excellent work on my vehicle and the BEST customer service in the business!Let me start by saying that the key to any positive experience starts with the customer service and the folks at Superior Collision are the BEST at it!My vehicle was involved in an accident with an 18- Wheeler, while I was away on vacation. The trucking company and their insurance were a complete nightmare to work with when it came to covering the costs of the repairs. Despite them being at 100% fault in the accident. Scott and his team worked with my fiancé and I for about a month without complaining or rushing us out the door, even helping us with talking to the insurance company themselves and advocating for us, to get to the bottom of it.Then comes the work that they did on my vehicle: they picked up the car with a good amount of work needed to be done. By the time I got my car back, it looked like a brand new car off the lot and good as new with a beautiful interior and exterior detail.Throughout the entire month of headaches from this other insurance company, Scott and his team were the definition of professionals. They were so patient and polite anytime we spoke and kept us up to date throughout the whole process.
