I will definitely work with Maria and her Team at Action Spot Sports anytime I customize jerseys. From the start, they were responsive and helpful. My jersey was a 20-year-old classic and they took care of it like it was their own. We had 3 jerseys done by them and they all came out great! They look very professional and clearly paid great attention to detail. Staff was friendly too! Looking forward to getting more work done by them and would recommend anyone with a blank jersey to head here to get a name out on it!

I’m going to start off by saying, “please read the entire review”.Action Spot Sports is a solid company, in theory. On the front end, they are contracted by 1-2 pro sports teams to manage their jerseys. They’re extremely responsive upon initial calls during business hours. They come across as a great group…..? Not the case. You have to be able to follow through and back up this belief. I’ve sent over 9-12 jerseys to ASSs to work on and evolve into my dreams. I was extremely descriptive-precise-cut and dry-laid out my project as clear as can be….. they don’t tell you until the end (after they’ve messed up your jerseys) that they can only fulfill you request to a certain extent. Beyond the SJ Sharks and Buffalo Sabres, ASSs can only get so close to your ideal jersey. Beyond those teams, they’ll try to get close to the team colors (won’t even come close some times). They’ll try to match the font (won’t always have that right either). You’ll pay for “I want this customized to On-Ice spec” without them even using hockey font - let alone On-Ice spec.Do not use this company unless it’s for a project they have the means to complete correctly.

Action Spot Sports is amazing. They have updated two jersey personalizations for me, one of which had been done and sent from them direct when I ordered it from a proshop which is how I had heard of them. The jerseys came out perfect every time and Maria was a joy to work with, from the first question I asked to the last delivery answering my questions and keeping me informed. Highly recommend

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Action Spot Sports. I recently needed to get a name and number added to a jersey and with all the Christmas orders coming through, I thought it would be impossible. However, Maria was simply amazing. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, she was very understanding and had great communication. She helped me get my order rushed through and I was able to get my jersey back with time to spare!The jersey looks great, 100% satisfied! I'm so thankful for Maria's assistance and I will definitely use Action Spot Sports for any future lettering needs.

This is a small business that does it right! Sent my hoodie X-country and they exceeded expectations. It was the first hoodie they ever customized. Excellent communication and craftsmanship. Trust your prized gear to them; they will not disappoint!
