Worse experience ever. A women told me if I updated my cell phone it would go down $12 a month and instead it went up $15. I tried to contact customer service about it and they did give me a small credit towards my monthly bill but that will not cover the cost of what it has cost me. Don’t go here. They don’t pay attention to you and add random stuff without your consent to the plan so they can get more credit money when they “sell” the service to you.

This is the 3rd time that AT&T added Next-up to our contract without consent when upgrading a phone. This time I specifically requested not to sign us up for this service. The salesperson added it anyway. I had to call when I got home to have Next-up service removed from our bill. Underhanded and dishonest!

It was the worst experience I have been through . Have been a loyal customer of A&TT for 25 years, store staff lied about promotionial text I received the same day I went to store. Said it expired the month before. Told me “that was just to get you in the store “ . The In store on telephone and on line sales are all different, how could that be from same company ? The staff was very short and snotty. I don’t recommend this place at all. Run away

They have the worst workers ever there is this one girl and she didn’t even did the effort to help what kind of employees does this store hire literally all she said was if they say call then call and I told her that when I called that apparent they told me to come to your store so you guys can call them and do the process and still all she said that I can’t help you with that I am never coming back to this at and t store ever again

Excellent! I was in store the other day to learn more about the device protection that I had purchased. Jessica helped me file a claim on the spot for my broken phone. Simple and quick! The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful when I stop in.

Don't bother, they have no idea what's going on. They don't even know their own products. They're going to tell you to call a number to do their job for them, go anywhere but here!!!

I was never told I am locked in three years with AT&T, paying double what I normally was paying with Cricket and my phone hasn’t been working since 2-3 weeks after I got it. I don’t know who put in those numbers on the above text, but I am not satisfied not happy. It is one of the worst mistakes I have made going with AT&T just to get a free phone, which really wasn’t free . ? please let me out of this contract. I have never been so dissatisfied in the towers were terrible. Could not get service half the time and everybody complains that when they talk to me they can’t understand because everything is all muffled in the background.

I just wanted to give a shout out to associate Lisa S. She assisted me last year with getting phones for both of my children and her service was so exceptional, that I returned recently to purchase an additional phone from her. She is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Definitely an asset to your team!

I try to call to deal with a problem the ay system does not recognize and whenever it says it will connect me to a customer service rep it goes back to the main menu. So I bought a phone for a friend and it is not functioning and I cannot find out why. The help service is also useless

I was dreading trading in my old phone for a new one for the longest time but when I went in there and spoke to Jessica, I was so relieved..she made me feel at ease. The process was so much easier than I thought she went above and beyond. Way above my expectations. She was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone needing a new phone to go to Jessica at AT&T.

Bad experience, they don't want to provide account number and pin and I ask them my device is not capability for att network, they told me you didn't pay yet that's why your network is not working ?? I will net join at&t after this experience. There was another guy who was nice to me.
