I was never told I am locked in three years with AT&T, paying double what I normally was paying with Cricket and my phone hasn’t been working since 2-3 weeks after I got it. I don’t know who put in those numbers on the above text, but I am not satisfied not happy. It is one of the worst mistakes I have made going with AT&T just to get a free phone, which really wasn’t free . ? please let me out of this contract. I have never been so dissatisfied in the towers were terrible. Could not get service half the time and everybody complains that when they talk to me they can’t understand because everything is all muffled in the background.

I just wanted to give a shout out to associate Lisa S. She assisted me last year with getting phones for both of my children and her service was so exceptional, that I returned recently to purchase an additional phone from her. She is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Definitely an asset to your team!

I try to call to deal with a problem the ay system does not recognize and whenever it says it will connect me to a customer service rep it goes back to the main menu. So I bought a phone for a friend and it is not functioning and I cannot find out why. The help service is also useless

I was dreading trading in my old phone for a new one for the longest time but when I went in there and spoke to Jessica, I was so relieved..she made me feel at ease. The process was so much easier than I thought she went above and beyond. Way above my expectations. She was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone needing a new phone to go to Jessica at AT&T.

Bad experience, they don't want to provide account number and pin and I ask them my device is not capability for att network, they told me you didn't pay yet that's why your network is not working ?? I will net join at&t after this experience. There was another guy who was nice to me.

We went to get our data switched to our new phones. Andrew was so helpful! it took about 45 minutes to complete this on 2 phones and he was so pleasant (not the same service at the Niagara falls location) If we need something, we will be going to the Sheridan Dr Tonawanda location

I went in there to buy a couple of things. The girl was nice, cashed me out. I didn't realize how to put on the screen protector so it went on upsidedown. I tried to take it back. They told me to do a warranty which is 10 to ship it. I just wish they would have put it on for me. The manager was kind of a tool bag.

We've always gone to Amanda Thomas for our cellular plans and phones. She's always made sure we were taken care of and is genuinely happy to always answer any questions we have.

If there are more than two customers, don’t bother. Every time I go into this store, there are two customers, and two associates tied up with them for at least an hour. If you have all day to wait for help, then this is the store for you

How does anyone get a phone by going to this store? Every time I go here I see two confused looking store associates and about 3 customers. I then end up leaving after an hour ( in disgust) because no one is done being "helped". Also , the "free upgrades" are NEVER free. How could it take over an hour per customer? Ridiculous
