BJ's home construction service for windows is a no-go. Months on end and the work is not completed. Phone calls are not returned.

Ordered 4 tires...shop only ordered 2 for some reason. Said they'd order the other 2, never apologized. Week goes by still nothing. Don't use these clowns for anything. Braindead "service."

Went to BJ's today and bought a chair. The chair couldn't fit in my car so I asked if I could leave it there until I could get a truck. They said I had 24 hrs. My boyfriend gets a truck and gets there at 630pm. Chair was sold to another person- the chair I paid $600 for... the chair that had his name on with a paid receipt! Customer service said there's nothing they could do for tonight because the other chairs are up too high and there's no one to take them down, but we could come back tomorrow morning.

I was told around an hour or so. One hour later they car was ready. Checked out and was ask to come back in 50 miles so that the lug nuts can be double check to be re-torqued. Very professional and was a nice experience. Thank you, Mark

If this particular BJ's on transit Road in Williamsville offered even average customer service, they would have earned a fourth or maybe even a fifth star. Alas, they do not. Starting from the offerings of this wonderful chain, they have family sized and bulk items in every category, food, produce, canned goods, health and beauty, cleaning supplies, an inventory that is comprehensive and of varying quality from Basic no-frills, to high-end. Their audiovisual section alone is impressive with televisions on display from normal sized all the way through 86 inches. Same thing with cameras, iPhones, iPads, computer printers. This store and all BJ's are excellent if you are looking for variety. They also have clothing, books, and seasonal items that run the gamut. If you need help finding something, or an opinion on the best product for the price, get in line. Their staff is generally hard-working, and dedicated, but they are focused entirely on either checking people out, restocking shelves, preventing shoplifting, or cleaning the place. They simply do not have a customer service staff. The exception is their meat counter which has a knowledgeable staff to guide you.If you go to the desk to ask for a manager, you will find that the two or three people in the entire store designated a manager has so many requests for assistance that you will wait close to an hour for assistance. Many of the BJ's I have been to have excellent customer service plus all of the other advantages of this branch. Someone has consciously made the decision to apply the efforts of all staff members to checking people out and restocking shelves and cleaning because that is what improves the bottom line which is the metric by which the managers are ultimately judged. So, if you are entirely a self-help type customer, you will do just fine at the store. If you want to know how the Samsung or LG TVs compare, or Canon vs Nikon, or whether A certain granulated chlorine Will be better for your pool than another, you are completely on your own.

My friend and I had a popped tire that we tried to fix for an hour and couldn’t get the last bolt off. We went into the BJs parking lot to try and get some air in to make it home when we found out the rim was in the ground. Once going into the BJs auto store we were instantly helped and two men came out to the car at the gas station to help. They were extremely helpful and even brought the tools to us in order to fix it. They spent lots of time explaining to us and trying to figure out the best way to fix the car with a nail in the tire when the bolt ultimately would not come off. These men were extremely kind and helpful to us. 10/10 would go back again. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks to these men they kept our spirits high and saved us from having to have the car towed, made our New Year’s Eve. If they happen to see this, they were very cute and my friends and I instas are; Carly.wolter and tori__navarro.

First time at this location & I have to say, I kinda like it better than the one nearest my house. First- there were many parking spots open 2- there was hardly anyone inside 3- checkouts were pretty much empty 4- everything at the self checkout went smoothly They have pretty much the same things the BJ's on NFB & Sheridan have, so we got what we needed and then some. Of course you get awesome deals on most stuff , but hen other items are like , "whoa !!" "That's more expensive than Tops & Walmart" But for the most part, BJ's is the place to go for paper products & bulk foods. Restroom was clean too

They need more people working here. There is only one installer who handles both desk reception and installation. Hard worker but way overworked.

If you like this sort of shopping experience of concrete floors and warehouse stacked merchandise this is your Mecca. BYOB - bring your own bag or box or rifle through the reject topless packing boxes here to bring your loot home. The place was clean and organized. I don't personally have a need for major bulk items but I suppose if you have a large family or people to share your deals with then BJ's may be a find. I think I have an issue with the concept of calling it a "club". It's not really a club, it's a marketing concept of "you pay for the pleasure of shopping here". That doesn't interest me. I can shop at target for free. From the app, they'll even shop for me and bring it to my car and load it in. For free. And I did not see the savings by shopping in bulk on the items I would be purchasing. A bit of an illusion if you ask me. Produce seemed priced like everywhere else. Maybe there are items I don't usually pick up that others see as a deal? They have for me, in the freezer section, Cheesecake Factory plain cheesecake. So score! As for checking out, a friendly associate skittered over to assist when needed. But I could definitely do without the young man at the exit who supposedly checks your receipt and items and marks it with an X. I felt guilty just waiting for him- after I just paid- to check that I paid and am not stealing. Plus he's not really ticking all the boxes, looking at the items then the receipt. He's just glancing at the bag and marking the receipt. It's mere posturing - like a featherweight bouncer at a bar- and that's what you get for joining a club? He's all hat and no cattle.

They have the slowest deli counter in the world. Two people in front of me and I've been here for 20 minutes already. This is not the first time. I'm trying to figure out what the best day and time to promise. One time there was nobody online and I still waited 15 minutes for the guy to show up. I even tried calling the store and I kept hearing that there was a phone call waiting for the deli counter and no one picked up

It would be negative if I could do that. I just drove 50 miles round trip because this BJ's because my local BJ's did not have the item in stock. I went online, placed my order, paid by credit card and then was told to pickup my item today between 4-5pm. I printed my confirmation, drove 25 miles to the store, in rush hour traffic, to pickup my article. When I got there, there was a sign that said to check in here for online pickups. But, after waiting at that spot, I was told I had to wait in the Customer Service line with 4 people in front of me. When I finally got up there, 2 people tried to find my order; the second was a supervisor, she said it was cancelled. I said why? Here's my confirmation sheet. She said we don't fill the orders until 2:00 pm and they must have sold out. Are the items not pulled when an online order comes through? This isn't perishable... it was toilet paper. The explanation for me was, Corporate set up the system and they are the only one who can change it. This happens all the time" Well, my 2 1/2 gallons of gas and wear and tear on my car, really appreciate that. Glad they are not my local BJ's because I will NEVER go there again.
